bathroom was not well cleaned. I complained but did not change anything. I was very disappointed. They didn't use the vacuum machine. the floor was covered with hair.When I first came I noticed Dara bathroom the toilet was dirty. Very, very dirty |

Location, clean rooms, polite staff. According to the add of Chateau Blanc... "Your free breakfast is served in a large hall."... But... No hall... and the breakfast was a cup of coffee and a croissant at a Bar in the other side of the road. Also... "You can admire beautiful views over the city from the rooftop garden." But... No rooftop garden, not even a roof. No lift. |

The design of the hotel, location and price When I made reservation it was written that buffet brekfast is included in the price. The "buffet breakfast" is possibility to have with the piece of paper coffe and only croassan in the caffe bar on the opposite side of the street. |

Accessability: The hotel is well situated near Piazza Di Poppolo , however- if you want to arrive by your own vehicle-the area is restricted. There are no parking facilities in the nearest area and you can not even stop to unload you luggage assuming you have succeeded to arrive at the location.You must use a Taxi or arrive by foot dragging your luggage.The hotel staff is friendly but have poor English. |

Location, location, location. Great hotel for the price and location. Easy walk to either the Spagna and Flaminio metro stations for easy access to all the sites. Great selection of restaurants and shops around the Spanish Steps. Hotel only recently opened so everything is new. Rooms are very comfortable for two people. Access to rooms is currently by stairs (not too many) but apparently a lift is being installed shortly. I think we were the first guests to stay at this hotel since opening two weeks earlier. There were some finishing touches being completed while we were there but these were minor and did not negatively impact our stay. |

L'hotel è situato perfettamente al centro di Roma ;abbiam potuto visitare le maggiori attrazioni a piedi .Inoltre la strada è favolosa .La camera era bellissima,di lusso e con tutti i comfort necessari pur avendo prenotato una semplice tipologia standard ,tra l'altro a prezzi unici vista la location !!!!I ll personale cortese e disponibile .La colazione fantastica !Internet gratuito! .....Torneremo sicuramente per pasqua .... |

a localização é fantástica e a decoração do hotel é agradável sim. comodidades e serviços constantes do site não correspondem à realidade. afinal não tinha pequeno-almoço buffet no hotel e era necessário ir ao café em frente onde o hotel pagava a cada hóspede um cappuccino e um croisssant |

Неплохой,очень маленький отель.Персонал доброжелательный,приветливый. В отеле новый современный ремонт,приличная мебель.Очень маленькие по плошади номера,просто крошечные(открывая дверь,упираешься сразу в кровать,а открыть шкаф можно только,если у Вас нет чемодана,который в нашем случае размещался у шкафа - больше негде), и проблема с завтраками- его нет в отеле,он по талончикам в кафе наротив,где Вам положены чашка кофе,круассан и сок. Не соответствует отелю 4 звезды (твердые 3) |

観光地、名所に近く、それぞれの移動に便利。ホテルスタッフが献身的。 1.ホテルの場所が非常に分り辛い。初めての宿泊者がホテルの入り口を見つけるのが困難。2.エレベーターが無く、スーツケースを持って階段を上り下りするのは大変辛い。3.ホテル館内が未だ工事中で、騒音や臭気が不快。4.無料のWi-Fiが接続出来なかった。 |

La situation idéale de l''hôtel car il est à proximité de piazza di Spagna. La chambre était trop petite et de par le fait que c'est un nouvel hôtel nous n'avons pas pu prendre note petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel mais dans le café situé en face!!! En plus, il y avait des travaux. |

Su ubicación, proximo a Plaza del Popolo y Plaza Spagna (espacios urbanos y paradas de metro) a las zonas de compras tanto las populares(via del corso) como a las más chic (via del Babuino). No pude desayunar en el hotel porque el espacio para ello no estaba habilitado. La alternativa era una cafeteria que no tenia el desayuno buffet que indicaba la publicidad del hotel. Eche de menos un salón para en los ratos de descanso poder estar, sin recluirte en la habitación. |

Hotel entierement rénové,tres bien situé ds Rome ,permet de faire la plupart des visites à pied. Accueil tres chaleureux et competent. La salle à manger et l'ascenseur ne fonctionnaient ps encore,,l fallait prendre le petit-dej à l'exterieur ,mais tt cela doit rentrer ds l'ordre rapidement |

L'hotel ha una posizione favolosa. Ho soggiornato poche settimane dopo l'apertura e non c'era nè la sala colazioni nè l'ascensore. Quindi ci mandavano con un bigliettino di carta in un bar ristorante di fronte... 4 stelle? Magari in futuro. |

El personal fué muy atento Está en la zona de Plaza España, pero está más cerca de la Plaza del Pueblo. En el servicio había mal olor (a cloaca) y pasaba un poco hacia la habitación. El hotel no tiene ascensor. El desayuno se sirve en un negocio que se encuentra en frente por que el hotel no tiene restaurant ni cafetería. |

уборка номеров, консрьеж понравились, и бесплатный wifi в отеле есть но в номере не работает но ооочень маленькие номера и сам отель довольно крошечный и тесный везде, даже в коридоре отеля два человека на разойдутся. |
