The location is good as it is close to the city center and anything you want is around you.
Wifi service disconnects a lot. They missed the wake-up calls twice so be careful not to depend on that. There isn't an ironing board in each room, so you have to call every day you want to iron your clothes.
The hotel was lovely from being to end. Elegant room, good service.

Amazing old palazzo. Lovely rooms. Great breakfast.
Great efficient staff, very nice design, clean beautiful rooms.
A bit far from the center, but it's ok - only 10 min walk
Next door to a shelter. Window above streetcar
Stunning decor matched with excellent service & facilities. Like staying in a fairy tale with touches of Art Deco. Will definitely return
A SERVICEMINDED STAFF THE WELCOMEGIFT(BOTTLE) WHEN WE ARRIVED GOOD RESTAURANT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD TO DUOMO AND HUGE SHOPPING AREA
THE TWO FOODBOWLS AND PETPILLOW IN THE ROOM. WE DID´T BRING ANY PET.
Almost everything. Should not call itself a Hotel since is offers nothing but the bed. Spa is not included in price, neither the breakfast. I paid 950 € for a night, but that was the dumbest thing I could do since the regular price of the room is about €300. I didn't know that while booking. Air conditioner to loud. The maid entered our closet and took away all shopping bags we had, my friend was very sad because of that, and they couldn't do anything to fix the mistake. Breakfast was poor. Even they charged us the SPA, we couldn't enter it after 7:30 PM because someone booked the all SPA! Ridiculous! SPA was also too small, suitable for max 4 persons. I also booked a room with 2 separated beds but they made a mistake and gave us queen bed room. And they couldn't fix that either so we spent all nights in a lower category room.
Everything . Hotel Surprise . Nothing is better !
Street & lack of attention to detail for 5 stat hotel
Excellent members of staff always smiling ready to help. Went with my girlfriend and felt right at home despite how luxurious it was!
The room decorations was very original. Nice bed and pillows. Restaurant is good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
My room was located next to room service entrance, so it was a little noisy at times nothing mayor.
I liked the friendliness and politeness of the staff. The room was very clean and the room service very quick. It is obvious that the client experience is of utmost importance to the staff.
The beds have wheels which makes them uncomfortable and they move around.
Good location and clean, beautiful hotel.
Room very small with no bath (even though we were given an upgrade to junior suite) and cheap furniture. focus on design and not practical.
Restaurant was expensive and not good during lunch time.
Small rooms and the bathtub don't have a door, so if you are shy of taking a bath naked in front of anyone, this hotel is not for you.
Location is good. Walking distance to Duomo and shopping area, and after a whole day shopping you can always let the shop call you a taxi. There is a good Japanese restaurant and a grocery market across the street. Everything is okay. Reception is great. Cleaning is okay. Sound proof is great.
Everything is okay. But for its price, it is not very impressive. It didn't exceed the hotel we stayed in Florence, even though it is only a four star hotel. For a five star hotel, we expect an outstanding design, greater service, fancier breakfast and SPA. Every thing is really okay. However, breakfast is really overcharged for 21 euro per person. Nothing really different from other free breakfast we had in other hotels in Italy. Well, except that it seems that you may have an omelet which we didn't try since there's no menu showed our options, and we only find out later.
Very polite and helpful staff. Food was good
Staff were really friendly helpful. The hotel was brilliant, and only a short walk to the main shops in the city centre. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. We used the spa which was beautifully done and very relaxing. We highly recommend the chateau Montfort.
No seats for smokers outside
Everything is great there!
Very welcoming reciption, services are exelant. Reasonable price. Fabulous.
The room was really lovely, the reception desk staff were excellent in helping us with our queries and making us feel comfortable, the door men were vigilant and always opened the door for us. Both the door man (the big chaps_) were excellent throughout. Luca did his best to sort out the room but to no success.
The air conditioning in our room 203 did not work at all. It was swelteringly hot all the time . particularly uncomfortable at night . So this spoiled the complete enjoyment of the hotel. It was sad to say that we were not offered another room or any discounts of any kind. Except hordoevres with our drinks on two occasions. No extra bottles of water were given except once when I mentioned that I was disappointed with air con not working. In terms of coffee and tea: coffee and milk left at random quantities so there was never enough for two people to have at least two cups of coffee with milk each morning. This was brought to the notice of the room maid but did not make much difference to the overall service. Water; we were always given one bottle of water not big enough to share between two adults. Why weren't we given two complimentary bottles for two people? The ironing board was an issue; it was taken away before we could use it. Finally it was left with us for the last two days and the iron did not work properly after all.
