Excelente ubicación!! gran relación costo-calidad. Buen desayuno. Con seguridad es mi hotel cuando regrese a Turín.

Una buena opción para visitar turin esta muy céntrico las habitaciones muy tranquilas , grandes y confortables desayuno muy bueno y el personal muy atento y agradable

Su ubicación en pleno centro de la ciudad y Parking propio. Hotel en casa antigua con cierto encanto y sumamente silencioso.

great location for seeing the city and all the main sights.... as it is right in the centre.... easy to walk everywhere. arriving by car was a bit tricky... all be it the sat nav did get us there in the end, all be it we had to make some bits up ourselves !! parking limited so book the space at hotel if you can.

The location is ideal. There is no possible way to get a better location. The main square is right across the street. Duomo and the Roman ruins are a few steps away. And, on Saturdays, there's a big outdoor market a quick walk away. The staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel has a personal touch, which you can't get from a big corporately owned hotel. Even the minibar is reasonably priced. I got a bottle of local wine for only 11 Euro. Rooms are comfortable and reasonably clean. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant the first night because we were too tired to go looking somewhere else to eat. It was a good restaurant. It might not have stacked up to other places we ate at in Turin (the food in Turin is amazing). But, still, it was good food at a reasonable price and very convenient.

Only complaint is the rug in the room was dirty. But, besides that, everything else was clean. Hotel staff leaves at 1am. If you want to get back in the hotel later than that, you must call them and have them meet you. Wasn't a problem for us, we didn't stay out that late. But, something to consider.

Location was great, 2 minutes walk to Duomo and other tourist attractions, staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast was fabulous. Self serve breakfast which included lots of homemade local style tarts and cakes. There was even a juicer with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables so that you could make your own fresh juice combinations. Security was excellent

A nice petite family hotel, well managed, very clean, and surprisingly quiet. Excellent breakfast for this category with fresh vegetables juice, home made cakes, real expresso etc. Great central position (but its private park can be reached by car as the hotel booking gives a special permission to the Limited Traffic Zone) with many must see at few minutes walk (Palazzo Reale, San Lorenzo, Via Po, Museo del Cinema, ancient cafes etc.). The restaurant was a nice surprise, with its two regional menus: Piemonte and Puglia. The owners were happy to provide many useful information.

This is a good standard 3 star hotel. Friendly and helpful reception. Good 3 star breakfast. Well located near the sites and public transport, but still quiet.No. 4 tram passes the door coming from railway station if you don't want to walk.

Shower area while ok would not be the best feature.

We had one evening meal in the restaurant that was inexpensive, adequate but a bit disappointing.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us source football tickets and deal with a lost passport. Lovely food.

No elevator for those with mobility challenges; restaurant hours were very limited. Wi-Fi only in the lounge--not the rooms.

Excellent hotel in the very center of Torino. Good starting point for sight seeing. Parking is available at the hotel, or in parking house very close to the hotel.

The booking web page did not allow booking of parking space. I think we used booking.com

Superb location, just behind Piazza Castello, in the centre of this beautiful city. Well appointed room and bathroom, friendly staff, delicious dinner and breakfast. I found Turin to be a fascinating city and look forward to a lengthy return - who could resist a city with a strapline: Passion Lives Here??!!

Friendly, family like staff. Hotel is old but very clean with an eclectic style. Restaurant has very good food and is affordable. Centrally located hotel close to shopping and attractions.

Hotel Chelsea has (as is logical) 3-star facilities, but the quality of the service is both individualised and attentive, at times even beyond that one could expect at a 5-star place. For example, we asked about availability of a particular TV channel before going out, and apart from being assured about it's availability, we actually found the TV on, on that channel, upon our return; not only that, but a message had been left with the night manager to alert/inform us. On another occasion, I needed to copies of an ID document, and the manager voluntarily went through the trouble to scan them, size them appropriately, then print them out; when I left the hotel, I realised that there was a copy shop less a few seconds away, down the road. Finally, our departure time coincided with that at which breakfast began (7am), but we were still able to order excellent coffees before leaving, and never made to feel like it was an imposition. Other pluses were: extremely central location in historic centre, spot-on staff recommendations for restaurants, soundproof windows, easily accessible wi-fi throughout hotel, and simple but abundant breakfast (they even had a juicer with plentiful fresh fruit, a first for me!)

Location couldn't be better. Walking distance to most major tourist attractions (Cathedral housing Turin Shroud), shopping areas and Piazza Castello with frequent buses and tram stops and tourist information office. We were able to catch a bus from there to sassi station and get the funicular up to the Basilica di Superga to enjoy the spectacular panoramic views over the Monferrato hills. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, well run, very pleasant owner and staff. Good fresh buffet breakfast. The hotel restaurant offers good choice on the menu, food and service to a high standard and reasonably priced.

It is very tired and dated but this adds to the charm. You pay for location but hotels in Turin seem quite expensive anyway.
