1. Its very near to Roma Termini station just outside the station. 2. Breakfast was good. 3. Staff was helpful.
1. We had booked 2 rooms of which one Air condition was not working and upon complain they did not change the room or repair it. So before getting in the room check if all is working and all things are in place. 2. There was no wi-fi network in any of the rooms.
Great location Helpful staff
airconditioning Large shower no noise from the streets 2 min walk from termini station nearby tourist attractions enough space in the room locker in the room free maps of the city at the reception cleaning every day
some staffmembers don't speak english very well
I just like the location
The staff, the shower/bathroom, the bead everything looked like a cheap motel, but it was affordable and well located!
near to the train station
no wifi in the rooms ac did not work shower did not work toilet did not work
The hotel was really close to train station, convenient for those wanting to get out for the day and see the sights of Rome! On arrival we were greeted and after check in etc we were given a city map and advised of best routes, shopping areas, etc - very helpful!
the place is a little old, but definately can put up with this for the price and good service. Lift looks old, but it works!
Airco. Amount of shampoo and soap. Service at counter when we wanted extra soap and the use of the printer.
One of the beds was missing part of the slatted floor. Cleaning staff doesn't know the differece between shampoo and soap.
It's clean and the location is quite good
the personnel is a bit rude and the wifi doesn't work in the rooms
no internet connection at night the hotel is in termini worst place in rome only close to metro the room was ok but the shower was tiny located in the second floor of an apartment dangerous at night
The location was very close to the train station. There was air conditioning that worked well. It was nice that there was someone at the front desk twenty four hours.
The maid was extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome. She gave us dirty looks and would mutter under her breath. We did nothing to deserve that. They made us turn in our key which stopped our air conditioning from working while we were gone so it would take a while to make it comfortable in the room each time we would get back. I think there were better places to stay than this hotel... even in the same building. I'd recommend a different hotel if financially possible.
Right next to the Termini Station which was really conveniet as we only stoped for a few days in Rome before going to Calabria. 10-15 minutes walk to the Forum Romanum, Patalitne, Colosseum and other sights. 15 minute ride by metro from the Vatican City. Room was clean and quiet. Some small shops just outsie, and a larger and much cheaper one just 5 minutes away. Great proce for Rome.
There are some homless people in the district but they are completely harmless and ignore you. Wi-Fi could be better.
The staff were very nice and the room was tidy and clean.
The bed was not that great... The matresses wouldn't stay put even when sleeping, newertheless trying to do something else.
Welcoming and helpful staff. Confortable room and Tasty breakfast. Good location close to termini station. Excellent value for money.
No wifi in the room and breakfast place.
Our stay was really pleasant. The staff was truly helpful, rooms weren't old or unclean, the breakfast was quite tasty as well. Also the location is great: the city centre isn't very far away and it is near Termini train station which could take you everywhere by metro. All in all, I would recommend Cherubini because it's a great deal.
Walls aren't soundproof, we could hear trams and cars at night and it was quite loud. Also the room was teensy bit too small, especially the bathroom (though it didn't cause any inconveniences)
I liked the location.
The air-condition did not work.
the location of the hotel is excellent, around 15 minutes from the Colloseum and 2 min from the train station. We had the room behind the reception so we enjoyed free wifi in the room. the room has a good size and the toilet is fairly big.
the rooms look a bit shabby and old
Close to major transportztion.
The room was very small. The elevator was old, you had to go up several stairs and it was worse going down. Try to get luggage up and down was a hassle. It was noisy the railway ran outside our room. The location was not the best.
Nothing actually.Just the location is convenient. That was the worse experience whatsoever.
The hotel was dirty. The staff was unfriendly or even hostail. They didnt speak english. The entrance was like entering an abandond place. The room was dirty also with too much dust and i even got bitten by a bedbug.. if i havent had to stay somewhere for a night i would cancel the reservation. Last but not least they asked us to pay in advance and refused to give us a receipt. Honestly please dont try this hotel.
It's basic, just for one or two night it is OK. Very good breakfast. Great location near Termini. The room was ok, the shower works fine. Internet only in the lobby. The manager allow me to leave my luggage after the check out.
+ Good location next to Terminal Railway-station. Straight connexion to important places. + Good bed. + All the shops you need and good restaurants close.
- Step between room and toilet was very high. - No drinking glass - No non Italian TV channel between the 100+ Italian channels. - Just a few power outlets, on annoying places. I'd like to recharge my phone next to my bed or on a table during the night.
Location very near the Termini Rail Station
Our window was directly above a noisy tram that ran until midnight.
Close to Termini station
Area around the Termini station is very eerie at night. The hotel is part of a group of hotels that divide the same building. We were placed on a different floor/hotel with no internet nor interphone to the reception. Horrible linen. Shouldn't charge more than 40€.
Staff spoke English and were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast and able to store luggage until our flight later in the day
Nothing apart from being close to Termini station.
- Mould on bathroom walls - Towels bath mat not changed once during 3 nights stay - Dirty in general (check the walls, pictures, under the bed, in the bathroom...etc. etc.) - We had room No.34 close to reception way too noisy!! - Breakfast awful save your money book it without breakfast - Might be fine for one night if you are a backpacker otherwise would not recommend it. - Worst place I have ever stayed in.
