The location was nice and not far from old town. Nearby was a nice trattoria. View from the window was nice as well.
I did not expect it was actually an appartment with the owner living in the same appartment and bathroom was situated separately from our room.,
The B&B is conveniently located close to Termini station and to the subway (Vittorio Emmanuele stop). The room we got had a private bathroom. The small terrace was really nice.
An extra supply of towels could improve the experience in the B&B. The room is renovated while the apartment is in a shabby concrete Italian condo from the '60s.
perfect, except have to check in from other builiding keep luggage for free
Nice location, ten min walk from Termini and ten min walk from colosseo. The room was clean, shower inside the room, hairdryer, towels and room servise every day. In the morning We could have free breakfast across the road. Common kitchen with all facilities, can use the iron, all free. For this price I would definitely recommend it! The check out was at 11am but you can leave your luggage in the building across the road, where you check in.
Locaton. Room was spotlessly clean, airy and fresh. Contact ith staff friendly and helpful
Rather complicated to sign in for my stay (had to find receptionist at other hotel in another street after verty tiring flight to Rome from Thailand
nice room in a residential area. very close to the train station but a little far away from metro.
Check in is in another building, wait for at least 10 min for someone to come answer. Breakfast is very poor...a voucher only valid for one cup of koffie and one small bread...
The place is in the center of the city.
You hear everything what's happening in the building. Every shower, every closing of the door and especially traffic from outside.
This hotel is ranged by a couple, they are very nice
I liked 1 Coopertive gesture of staff and helping attitude 2 Appropriate value for money 3 Central location, close to railways
The room neither had aircondition nor roof fan and weather was hot in Rome The breakfast was arranged on a near by Restuarant which was exceptionally simple.
clean and comfortable
Worst place ever, bad smell in the bathroom, bugs in the bed, just a horrible coffee and croissant for breakfast, very disappointing
It was very small and cozy. It wasn't super fancy and if you like lots of luxury this isn't the place for you. I loved that it wasn't a normal hotel. It felt like a more authentic experience.
I didn't like that there wasn't someone to talk to when I had a question. They checked us in and gave us a map but after that I didn't see anyone.
This hotel is located close to everything. The price is great for what you get, and the facility is clean.
Hard to find the hotel and poor breakfast (just croissant and coffee)
Good location between Termini station and the Colosseum. Very secure. Liviana was very helpful and gave us lots of local information.
Our bathroom was outside of the bedroom and although it was for our use only, we had to go into the communal hallway to use the bathroom which is not always convenient! Our friends were in one of the other rooms (there are 3 in total) and they had a much bigger, brighter room with a balcony and en suite for only 7 or 8 euro more than we paid per night. The price doesn't seem to reflect the room standard
Room was lovely with balcony and en suite. Staff very helpful especially calling police after being pickpocketed. (written on behalf of my friends as I booked for them).
The location is great, 10 min walk to termini. The B&B has a fully functioning kitchen. The breakfast is outside of the B&B, right across the street. Liviana is nice and helpful.
The elevator doesn't work always.
Location - which was the main reason for choice. The room was comfortable enough, fairly small and the most expensive we have had to pay but it was Rome.
Breakfast was just a croissant and coffee from a bar but once again it was Rome and so didnt get the personal touch as we had from regional b and bs. Shower was tempremental but ok.
The room was very quiet and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was pleasant looking.
It is hard to find by their directions, but it could be so easy if they'd just say it's the green gate across from the Church Sant Alfonse on Via Merulana and Via di San Vito.
+Location was good. The B&B was also very close to the subway station. +Very comfortable and big room, with new furniture. +Very clean. +As a family with a toddler it was a great opportunity for us, to have a clean and equipped kitchen at our floor.
It's not a hotel, but an aparment. There's a few rooms and shared kitchen. You can use the kitchen anytime, prepare your dinner, cook pasta, soup or something else. You can reach the Roma Termini Train Staition in 10 minutes.
There's no sign around the hotel. And it's far from the city, you should walk 20-25 minutes or use a metro.
Good location. There is no big sign out front (a buzzer next to the green gate has the name) but if you use google maps and look up the location beforehand you'll find the place. Upon arrival we called the owner as the buzzer was no use.
One morning there wasn't any breakfast left.
i did not like the fact that it's a master bedroom (with bathroom) inside an apartment.
Not all staffs are polite.
Everything was just perfect!!!
I have nothing to complane about
