Unformatted and cosy small-sized hotel All staff very kindly

The vintage and authentic atmosphere.

I checked out on the Sundau and I left my luggage at reception, agreeing with the receptionist that I would come back to collect my suitcare, which included also my passport, by 6pm on the day. While at lunch at 3pm, I received a call from the hotel asking me if I had already gone to the hotel to collect my suitcase. As I didn't, I was just about to have a heart attach at the restaurant, left my lunch and has run back to the hotel to understand what happened. My suitcase was really just after the door entrance, not secured behind the reception or in an appropriate space. I asked clarification and their respionde was that a 4 people family had checked in that afternoon and had taken my suitcase with them in their room. It could have been much worse.

The hotel is situated close to the city shopping centre, the staff was very welcome and friendley.we have had 5 fantastic nights. 100% we will back

Location is very good and central.

The shower is a cubicle with the water going out rather than in. I could hear the staff talking in the middle of the night.

Room close to Diving room. Very noisy. Parking supposed to be only 5 min walk very far away and unconfortable. Bad explanation of The hotel staff.

good location in a nice part of town. Ticks many boxes for a city break. Most rooms away from the noise of the street. Good value

Coffee service at breakfast needs to be improved. Luke warm coffee. Tv - at least one english news channell please.

Position id really great!

Breakfast room is so little that people was QUEUING waiting for a free table! I left hotel without bf even if i had payed for. Strange bad small in room.

Perfect location in old building

Unpractical (central) and noisy airco system which you can't change your self!

Its refined old world charm was soothing. The hotel was inside an old palazzo so it was very quiet but the heavy door of the palazzo opened directly onto a shopping street in the old part of town, very close to everything. A great place to enjoy Neapolitan life.

It was in a good location and the staff was very nice. Breakfast was amazing especially the bread and coffee.

The entranceway is a bit creepy and the standard room was not quite standard compared to other standard rooms we stayed in during our trip but the worst of all was the lack of air conditioning. There was air conditioning but it barely cooled the room. Then, as everywhere in Europe, when you left the room, the air shut off meaning you came back to a very, very hot room that never did quite cool down.

The hotel itself is fine, clean and friendly, but the parking nearby is impossible. Even with a disability 'blue badge' we had great difficulty, as the disability parking places nearby are all reserved for individuals. We had a violent row with one young man, who claimed our place but was clearly in no way himselfdisabled.

Well located in an old building fully renovated; nice decoration/furniture Helpful staff speaking English and/or French Very good breakfast buffet

A bit difficult to get there due to the location on a pedestrian street. Parking lot far enough from the hotel; handling of baggages not allways easy

Un pò eccessivi I ricordi del precedente uso dei locali (casa di tolleranza)

È un posto tranquillo e comodo che si trova tutto, cioè tax,bus,funicolrae e metro per girare da sola anche di serata. Mi è piaciuto l'acqua abbondante e collazione era buona. Staff sono simpatici e loro sono cogliente gentile e come se fosse stare a casa.

Mio soggiorno non aevo pensato di alloggio durante 4 notti, infatti prenoto ogni momento che al ultimo soggiorno della camera è si sente di acqua corrente alla camera fianco....ogni tanto mi sono svegliata..!

Me ha gustado mucho su ubicacion, su limpieza, el trato de su gente.

No tiene wifi en esa habitacion.

Posizione centrale su via Chiaia e vicino a piazza Plebiscito, Maschio Angioino, via Toledo, quartieri spagonoli e porto direzione isole. Staff competente e gentile, ottima colazione, stanze molto belle e ben attrazzate

Parcheggio non di propietà e relativamente lontano dall'albergo il quale costo è decisamente elevato.

Jeden Abend hat das Hotel eine kleine napoletanische Spezialität zum Probieren angeboten, sozusagen als Appetizer, bevor man sich auf die Suche nach einem Restaurant machte. Gute Infos an der Rezeption zu Neapel, zum öffentlichen Verkehr und zu Restaurants in der Nähe

A localização não poderia ser melhor. Gostei também de haver uma pessoa preparando sua bebida quente no café da manhã. O prédio é histórico.

Posizione in pieno centro (a due passi da Piazza del Plebiscito), ambiente classico ed elegante, staff molto cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza.

L'area colazione un po' sottodimensionata per il numero degli ospiti.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro, struttura ricavata all'interno di un palazzo del '700 conservata nei successivi interventi di ristrutturazione

Difficoltà nel trovare la porta di ingresso, mancanza di copertura di rete mobile in camera.
