All members of staff were fantastic in all the things that matter i.e. efficiency, courtesy, professionalism and friendliness. Outside could do with a new coat of paint - only so as to better match the fine quality of the interior. |

The swimming pool, the accessibility and the room. The staff was also very nice. There was a constant noise during the day probably caused by the swimming pool filtering system, but this was not an issue during the night. |

It was very easy to find from the motorway and very central for visiting any part of tuscany by car. (The bus to florence stops outside the hotel). Next door there is a pretty good restaurant and many more excellent are located within 5 km.the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful in answering questions etc. the building was well decorated and maintained as was the small garden and pool area. The continental breakfast was very plentiful /good and again dining room staff were most helpful. The beds were very comfortable indeed. Some fresh fruit for breakfast would be very much appreciated. Also there was a fair amount of traffic noise which was audible in the garden/pool area but was not a problem in the bedroom. |

Public rooms, grounds, pool, dining room were all very nice. The room was fairly standard but clean and well stocked. Price was very reasonable. Breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful. |

Het Park Hotel is een prachtige uitvalbasis om Toscane te verkennen of om op doorreis te overnachten. De kamers zijn groot en smaakvol ingericht. Het hotel doet op het eerste gezicht zakelijk aan, maar het bijzonder vriendelijke personeel zorgt voor een plezierig evenwicht. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en gevarieerd. Ook is er draadloos internet op de kamer. Ik kom hier zeker terug. |

Instelling mangement voor indienst stelling hotelgasten. Zeer snel om vragen te beantwoorden en oplossingen te zoeken. Zelf geen problemen ondervonden, maar ontbijt kan effectiever worden uitgevoerd. Nu lijkt het soms zeer chaotisch en weten mensen niet waar ze kunnen gaan zitten. Bij vragen aan de dames van de ontbijtservice wordt alles vaak snel opgelot |

отличный бассейн, дают велосипеды напрокат, живописные окрестности. расположение так себе - от флоренции далеко - не наездишься, ничего рядом нет. Заказывали номер на четверых - нас поселили в полуподвальном этаже с окнами под потолоком. Если бы не на одну ночь - пошли бы ругаться, а так не хотелось. |

Nettes, freundliches Personal. Hotel befindet sich an einer autobahnähnlichen Schnellstraße! Die Lärmbelästigung am Pool zu groß! Beim Frühstück fehlte bei 6 Ü die Abwechslung! Hatte ein 3-Bettzimmer bestellt, habe ein Doppelzimmer mit Aufbettung bekommen! Umtausch nicht möglich. |

Location, just a short drive away from Firenze, Siena, San Gimignano, etc. Very relaxing hotel, with nice swimming pool and garden. Complimentary use of bicyciles. Finally, good breakfast. Breakfast is only served between 7:30 and 9:30 and check out time is 10:00. |

Séjour extrêmement agréable, personnel professionnel (avec une bonne pratique du français, c'est rare en Italie). Piscine très sympa avec distribution gratuites de 'bruschetta' aux baigneurs et bronzeurs. Les communs, les chambres et les lits sont très spacieux. Quant au petit déjeuner, c'est le plus sympathique que j'ai jamais eu dans un hôtel en Italie. Le prix obtenu par booking en fait un rapport qp imbattable. Dans un si joli environnment au coeur de la Toscane, l'établissement n'offre aucune vue sur les alentours, c'est un peu dommage. Aussi, la proximité immédiate de la voie rapide n'est pas très glamour, mais on n'est pas du tout incommodé par le bruit, la végétation faisant un écran visuel et phonique très efficace. |

La chambre spacieuse avec une terrasse privative aménagée d'un salon, la piscine où il fait bon plonger après un voyage en voiture et aussi le matin avant de prendre un petit déjeuner buffet très bon et varié, l'accueil du personnel très agréable. La signalisation pour trouver l'hôtel. |
