The facilities were very good, particularly the pool. It was fantastic value for money and the room was spacious and very clean. The staff were also very friendly. It was conveniently placed by the main road so very easy to find.

The restaurant seemed to be closed a lot and we were not sure if there was any room service available.

I have stayed in this hotel previously, loved it then and it is still as good today. Spotlessly clean, great staff, lovely food and so convenient for visiting Florence, Siena and many other beautiful towns. We had a lovely stay. Very good pizzeria next door to hotel.

Convenient, professional, pleasant

very rude staff, especially breakfast staff. hotel in the middle of nowhere rooms are old fashioned I wanted to changed dates and it took hours on the phone to convince them to do it. The atmosphere of the staff seems like they are not happy working there.

Nice, clean and friendly. A good basecamp to see Toscany. Safe and free parking.Good staff, good breakfast.

Short piscine open time. We would preffer to close later, about 9 p.m. Pet allowed. Noisy aria for vacation (close to autorute).

Great place to base yourself when visiting Tuscany and chianti. Great staff made you feel welcome and the pool was great after a hard day being a tourist. Have a car as the sights need traveling as you are in the country with great access to everywhere.

Easy access from the motorway, staff were very helpful. Good location between Sienna and Florence.

Basic room with no view. Hotel is in an industrial estate with no restaurant in house there is one next door but you need to drive several kms to find a choice.

Breakfast was excelent, nice pool, clean room and pleasent looby, highly recommended as a basecamp for tuscana area visiting. Location is superb under 40 min drive to main tuscana-see cities.

Chambre familiale assez grande mais ancienne et au sous-sol sans fenêtre ouvrante. à notre demande nous été relogé dans un chambre à l'étage plus petite et refaite à neuf: beaucoup mieux! On nous a même proposé 2 chambres pour le même tarif. Bruit de la voie rapide qui est assez proche.

Siamo stati accolti all'arrivo da personale gentile e professionale, che ci ha suggerito mete interessanti con le relative indicazioni. Ottime la sistemazione, la pulizia della stanza, abbondante e varia la colazione. Eccezionale la disponibilità dello staff nella prenotazione della cena. Da non sottovalutare l'ottima posizione che permette di raggiungere località importanti della Toscana. Esperienza che contiamo di ripetere in autunno.
