Chic & Town Luxury Rooms  

The staff at Chic & Town was phenomenal. They are extremely friendly and try to make you as comfortable as possible. They also helped us plan some of our trip and would give is a map and draw out routes to take or book dinner reservations by looking im them up on google and calling them for us. They help you in anyway they can and are easily contacted by phone if you are out of the hotel. The rooms are very nice and extremely modern and the beds and pillows are some of the most comfortable (memory foam) I have used. Even the hair dryer (for my wife) was of good quality. The location by the Spanish steps was perfect as the metro to go to the Vatican or calausseum is 5 mins away, the Spanish steps or Fountain of trevi are a 2-5 min walk, and the Pantheon and Piazza Novela are about a 15 min walk. The breakfast was excellent (fresh croussants, fresh squeezed oj, fresh coffee, capaccino, or tea, fresh breakfast cakes, fruit, etc...) as well and the staff is happy to adjust the breakfast time or anything else to accommodate your needs. They also offered to make us coffee or capaccino at anytime we wanted while they were there. The free wifi was extremely fast in my room. They offered to set up transportation to and from the airport for you so that you do not get ripped off by cab drivers however the charge was about 25euros each way. Thank you for a great trip! I would consider staying there again.

The staff is only at the front desk from 7am-9pm. However if you need to check in or out at times outside of that if they are given earlier notice they will make sure a staff member is there to receive you. There was no a/c in the room, but this was the case with just about all the italian hotels we stayed at on our trip. That being said, the room did get quite hot with the Roman afternoon heat (in early May). There was no iron available to Iron my clothes.

The Room, personel, friendly ownership to the product, service and the stay and the envirement in general was a positiv experience . We will come back to this hotel.

Location

There is no private shower/bath - simply a bathtub that is literally in the middle of the room with no curtain. In addition, it was impossible to get any sleep as other guests would buzz to be let in, get locked out, and the reception area would be very noisy. This is more like staying in a hostel then a nice hotel. I will never stay here again - at best a 2 star.

Newly opened hotel. Very clean. Staffs were very friendly and polite. The location is very good and close to spanish steps and trevi fountain.

If you have noisy guests talking in the hall way or leave their door open with loud music, you can be bothered. Perhaps, the door can be improved to block the sound better.

Excellent location, near Piazza and the metro station (300m). The owner, Francesca, is there to cater for all your needs. We stayed at the junior suite which is fairly large compared to your average Italian hotel room standards.. Keep in mind that this is not a hotel but a bb. The rooms are brand new and very clean. Highly recommended! Spero che verremo di nuovo l' anno prossimo!!

Our stay in this luxury apartment was superb!I could say that was one of the best places we've stayed!Brand new,clean,spacious,quiet and 2 steps from everything!Excelent value for money...and staff makes you feel like home!We would definetely recomend it and stay here on our next visit!

מלון בוטיק במיקום מעולה ליד המדרגות הספרדיות.חדר נקי ללא רבב. כל מילימטר בחדר מחושב. לנו היתה אמבטיה מהממת במרכז החדר קצת משפריץ... היחס של הצוות חם נדיב ומחמם. מומלץ ביותר! ארוחת בוקר נהדרת כוללת יוגורט עם תוספות למינהן, גבינה צהובה, נקניקים פירות, מלפפון ועגבנייה שנחשבים כמצרך נדיר בארוחות בוקר.

במלון חמישה חדרים בלבד כנראה היה פעם דירה גדולה שעכשיו מחולקת לחמישה חדרים. "אין קבלה" זהו שולחן שלידו יושב איש צוות עד השעה 21:00 בלבד. אין לובי.

ηταν απαραδεκτο να πληρωνουμε αυτη την τιμη και να πρεπει να περναμε μεσα απο σκονη και οικοδομικα υλικα για να φτασουμε στο δωματιο!!!

Tout.Sauf le prix peut-être mais on sait qu'à Rome tout est cher ! Bed & bedroom très confortable,5mn à pied de la station Spagna ;très central et accueil parfait; très calme .Chambre très confortable et bonne literie. Nous recommandons cet endroit .

La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale e considerando il numero esiguo di camere, ti da la sensazione di alloggiare praticamente quasi come a casa tua, massima privacy e comfort. Lo staff è eccezionale, molto gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutarti. Il tutto ha reso la nostra permanenza a Roma praticamente perfetta. Grazie

A recepção foi ótima,Francesca nos recebeu com mt carinho!!!Ficamos no quarto 105,com um teto e uma belíssima banheira Romana!!!!O café da manhã é bom,a cama é mt boa.

A entrada do hotel é ruim,tem q subir uma escada p depois pegar o elevador.

La habitación, es moderna, amplia y limpia. La atención del personal es muy buena y el desayuno es excelente.

La bañera de diseño en la habitación es muy bonita, pero hace falta y una ducha o una cortina. Se moja toda la habitación cada vez que a usas.

Nice place, stylish finiture, lovely and helpfull staff, great breakfast (fresh and good bread and italian delicious jam). Free wi-fi, free Sky Pay tv channels. Every afternoon staff offered us a coffee or a the and we really enjoyed spending time relaxing there at the end of the day! Highly Recommended!

O hotel fica no 1o piso de um prédio, e no andar térreo não há uma recepção. Assustamos quando vimos a entrada, velha e suja e não acreditávamos que aquela seria a entrada de um hotel "luxury". Também me incomodou um sino de uma igreja próxima ao hotel que tocava às 17hrs e 7hrs e nos acordava sempre que estávamos dormindo.
