I liked the room decor and the cleanliness of the bathroom. Room was fully air conditioned and the shower room was massive and top quality shower head
I didn't like the breakfast, I was told breakfast was provided but I didn't think it would be cold breakfast which was a shame. I thought overall the hotel was expensive for what I paid for. The TV did not work, the reception kept cutting out. The room did not have a lot of natural sun light or air which was a shame, I found the pictures slightly deceiving The bed sheets and floor in the reception and bedroom was dirty and dusty. The bedding was cheap and not very comfortable.
the was really spacious!!!!!
The hotel is not located in the core centre of Rome but this is actually what we were looking for, anyway within 20-30 min walk you can reach almost every place of interest. The rooms are new and have a modern black and white decoration, with confortable bed and large toilet. The wifi in the room worked perfect.
The breakfast was advertised as "typical Italian breakfast" served daily in the breakfast room, including "freshly brewed coffee or cappuccino and sweet pastries". Nevertheless, the only thing we got was a coffee machine in the room with some packed croissants, marmelade and nutella. This was highly unexpected taking into consideration that Chinappi is a well known restaurant and the least they could provide is a good italian breakfast.
