Straight forward experience, no hassle Could not have a beer, could have included in vending machine. Hotel is close to airport but the transport to and from is very expensive. I would not recommend this to a friend based on this alone because it adds approx 40 euro more to the price. could provide a cheaper transport option |

The room was clean and well appointed for the price, 50 Euro. The staff was courtious and compentent. There is no restaurant or morning coffee. The suttle service was hard to connect with at the airport, but that was a small inconvenience. |

Very easy to get to from airport, nice open-air restaurant with very friendly chef. Basically the only option at this price if you have to stay overnight to catch a morning flight at Fiumicino. I made reservations for the shuttle to get back to the airport to catch an early morning flight and the shuttle did not show up even though I already paid for it. I would never have found out if I had not asked the concierge to call the driver, who told him the shuttle was broken. I ended up paying for a cab. The blankets were paper-thin, as were the walls, and someone else's used soap was left in the bathtub. |

24/7 service. Expensive taxi service available. Cleaning is good. No breakfast. Hotel Personnel will offer only their own taxi service. Hotel personnel don't even know how to rent a car. Hotel personnel don't know anything and they don't smile, never. |

The lady on the front desk was super friendly and helpful. She upgraded us to a room in the main building. The room was large and bright with its own bathroom. Very close to the airport so perfect for early morning flights. Nothing. Very good value for money. |

Room was clean, staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. I paid a fee to the hotel to be shuttled to the airport. When asked which terminal I gave the information. I was dropped off at another terminal and had to pay an high additional amount for a taxi to take me to the correct terminal. |

We liked, that the staff was very friendly. The owners of the hotel asked themselves how we liked it. Showed us the old concert hall with old chairs from all over the world. it is under reconstruction now and it was a bit noisy there. But it is coming to the end in September. |

The distance to the airport fumicio is very close It is very hot outside. I stayed in separate place from the main hotel, and lack of plants on the way to go there. The room is doesn't have proper light, a bit dark. In my room, it smelled smoke of cigarettes. The access to get there is pretty far from the central of Roma and it's pretty long time to wait the bus to take me there. The bus stop on the other side of the road which separated with such a road fence along the road. So when i got off from the bus to get to chopin hotel, I must a bit climb to the median road and jump over the fence. It's very hard especially when I bring 1 big suitcase. |
