Shower drain didn't drain right so quick showers for us!
Great location, clean room, friendly helpful staff
The bed was damaged.Nobody told us that we can take sandwiches from the kitchen until the day we left and we had breakfast only the first day that he gave us 2 3 croisants and a juice.nothing special for the money that we payed!the other days we bought breakfast on our own!The lid on basin was broken! The handle of window was broken too and it opened with very difficulty! The aircondition with hot air was maid so much noise (broken too) that we couldn use it at night in our sleep!I asked for a hairdresser that never brought!Theres no one there to complain about only a phone number that i have to pay about it to call!So much money for a room and a service like this! Not recomended to ANYONE!
The internet was very good and mark the location was good in that it is close to bus and metro.
Some problems regarding the A/C were solved the minute we informed the staff. No wifi in room, only in lobby (but we knew that from the beginning).
Very clean, spacious and quiet room. There is also a cooker and a fridge. Kiara and specially Grazia (the staff) are molto simpatiche. Unbeatable price.
They wrote in booking site there are wifi and breakfast , actually no wifi and the breakfast only jam and bread
Price and location
Spent four nights with my girlfriend and the room was absolutely fine I mean clean and comfidable, the staff speaks poor English but enough to sort you out in the facility.I really don't get the all negative feedbacks for the facility as for this price you can't expect much more than that. Also bed and brake fast Cialdini is very easy to find takes one minute by walk from the main station Termini.
Perfect location. Friendly environment. Close enough to tourist attractions, supermarket and Metro
Our luggage fitted into a sizable lift and we arrived to a friendly staff member welcoming us. The room was the largest we had all over Italy and comfortable beds and spacious bathroom with a lot of drying or stacking space for a traveller.Toast and jam and milk and coffee and a kettle saved us a lot of money. We asked to heat soup in the kitchenette and was eagerly assisted.Very close to Termini Station for a train to Ny destination in Italy. We should have stayed more than one night !Thank you. 3Sisters from South Africa. Lana,Hanlie and Adri
Not much to like about this place
close to the railway station and the subway
I was not informed that check-in after 11pm was to be charged another extra €15, as my flight was delayed I arrived after 12 midnight. Other than that, hot showers were cold in between. Btw, I expected a Bed & Breakfast, but got a hostel instead hehe. Otherwise, it was just okay.
Excellent location, right beside Roma Termini. Many nearby Halal food for Muslims. They provided a mini pantry at our disposal with refridgerator and kettle.
Breakfast is too weak.... There's only brioche and jam with packing milk or juice given.
Cannot connect with Wifi. When you check-in you have to go to the other building. Very small space of shower room
We like the location since it's just next to Termini.. easy transportation to any places. Cleanliness of the room and you can safely leave your luggage after check-out. Big space and comfy bed. Quiet neighboorhood.
breakfast = a bottle of milk, a jar of jam and a package of toast crackers but I guess for that price and at that location, expecting a real breakfast isn't realistic...
Good location, right next to the railway station. Room was nice and clean, bathroom a bit less clean.
THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!: After two weeks of having a great time travelling around european countries, my girlfriend and I were very excited to go to Rome for the first time. Unfortunately, after arriving to the Termini Station, we went searching for the "bed and breakfast". Turns out it's located at a very close distance from the train station, but the area looks very filthy and you can smell the urine on every sidewalk. Once we arrived to Cialdini 13, we had to do the check-in in the building across the street (there's no sign of the hotel, just the intercom button). Since we arrived at night (we notified our late check-in prior to the arrival), a hotel assistant was waiting for us. He and his colleague gave me the room key and immediately asked me to sign the credit card receipt for the total amount of the 3 night stay. After noticing the filth of the location and the informallity of the hotel, I asked them to show us the room before signing any document. He said he had orders from the hotel administrator to NOT show any room prior to the check-in. At that point, I was very overwhelmed, due to the fact that I couldn't believe why on earth couldn't they show us the room. If everything was in order, than there shouldn't be a problem. After noticing my discontent, the guy showed me the room. As I assumed, something wasn't right. The room was small, and smelling like if a package of cigarrettes had been smoked one minute prior to our arrival. I asked the guy to give me another room since my girlfriend and I are non-smokers. He said I would have to wait for the hotel manager the next morning, since he wasn't allowed to make that kind of decisions.
Dirty bathroom, no toilet paper, wifi was not available. We've paid for breakfast, but we were offered only bread and jam!
We were waiting for chek in about 4h, on the street
It's about 10min to go to coloseo by foot
The owner does not speak english,it was a big problem, because he absolutely do not understand and communication was complicated. When we came to the room the floor was wet and when we used the toilet water was everywhere, because pipe was lose. The first night was horrible, someone check in at 1:30 a.m., there was big noise, but next night was ok. Last problem was breakfast...We get one marmalade and something what looks like toast.I think that it is not enough breakfast for 2 people for 3 days.
Very very noise during the night and in the morning
Exactly near to Termini station, which facilitate us the transportation to the airport. Room was ok
Address on booking.com is incomplete
Near to Station
Wifi was down.... :( I'm sure it is fixed by now-
The location was perfect for public transportation, yet if you are like me you can still walk to almost everything. The staff was great!
They can't stick to the check in times on bookings.com and expect the gust to adapt their plans to fit with that of the owner. Room smelling badly like smoke. Wifi did not work and no help or explanation was given until after we left Rome. There was never someone at reception and they did not answer the phone either. Worst of all, breakfast was supposedly included in the price, but there was no breakfast served nor was there provison made for breakfast. When making an enquiry about this,it took until after we left to get answer. Really pathetic. They should not advertise as breakfast and wifi included - this is a lie.
Great location and value for money amid the negative points
Staff are not manning the reception, no one was there to check us in and ending up having to ring booking.com and no one was present to inform us about check out and we ended up having to text the owner to say the keys would be left in the room as no one could get there before our departure from Rome.
Good location, close to the train station even if not in the "best" area of Rome.
They haven't changed towels and haven't cleaned the room, it was awful!!!!! The closet was leaky so water was running on the floor.
Very good location, calm place.
The photo's on the website are nothing like the rooms in this so called B&B. It should not be called a B&B as the breakfast consisted of a (shared) self service jar of coffee, tea bags and some milk. It was a joke. There was no WIFI and the porter/receptionist did not have great english.
Good location (when we found it). The room was clean.
