Breakfast is too weak.... There's only brioche and jam with packing milk or juice given.
We like the location since it's just next to Termini.. easy transportation to any places. Cleanliness of the room and you can safely leave your luggage after check-out. Big space and comfy bed. Quiet neighboorhood.
Cannot connect with Wifi. When you check-in you have to go to the other building. Very small space of shower room
Good location, right next to the railway station. Room was nice and clean, bathroom a bit less clean.
breakfast = a bottle of milk, a jar of jam and a package of toast crackers but I guess for that price and at that location, expecting a real breakfast isn't realistic...
THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!: After two weeks of having a great time travelling around european countries, my girlfriend and I were very excited to go to Rome for the first time. Unfortunately, after arriving to the Termini Station, we went searching for the "bed and breakfast". Turns out it's located at a very close distance from the train station, but the area looks very filthy and you can smell the urine on every sidewalk. Once we arrived to Cialdini 13, we had to do the check-in in the building across the street (there's no sign of the hotel, just the intercom button). Since we arrived at night (we notified our late check-in prior to the arrival), a hotel assistant was waiting for us. He and his colleague gave me the room key and immediately asked me to sign the credit card receipt for the total amount of the 3 night stay. After noticing the filth of the location and the informallity of the hotel, I asked them to show us the room before signing any document. He said he had orders from the hotel administrator to NOT show any room prior to the check-in. At that point, I was very overwhelmed, due to the fact that I couldn't believe why on earth couldn't they show us the room. If everything was in order, than there shouldn't be a problem. After noticing my discontent, the guy showed me the room. As I assumed, something wasn't right. The room was small, and smelling like if a package of cigarrettes had been smoked one minute prior to our arrival. I asked the guy to give me another room since my girlfriend and I are non-smokers. He said I would have to wait for the hotel manager the next morning, since he wasn't allowed to make that kind of decisions.
Dirty bathroom, no toilet paper, wifi was not available. We've paid for breakfast, but we were offered only bread and jam!
It's about 10min to go to coloseo by foot
We were waiting for chek in about 4h, on the street
The owner does not speak english,it was a big problem, because he absolutely do not understand and communication was complicated. When we came to the room the floor was wet and when we used the toilet water was everywhere, because pipe was lose. The first night was horrible, someone check in at 1:30 a.m., there was big noise, but next night was ok. Last problem was breakfast...We get one marmalade and something what looks like toast.I think that it is not enough breakfast for 2 people for 3 days.
Exactly near to Termini station, which facilitate us the transportation to the airport. Room was ok
Very very noise during the night and in the morning
Near to Station
Address on booking.com is incomplete
The location was perfect for public transportation, yet if you are like me you can still walk to almost everything. The staff was great!
Wifi was down.... :( I'm sure it is fixed by now-
Great location and value for money amid the negative points
They can't stick to the check in times on bookings.com and expect the gust to adapt their plans to fit with that of the owner. Room smelling badly like smoke. Wifi did not work and no help or explanation was given until after we left Rome. There was never someone at reception and they did not answer the phone either. Worst of all, breakfast was supposedly included in the price, but there was no breakfast served nor was there provison made for breakfast. When making an enquiry about this,it took until after we left to get answer. Really pathetic. They should not advertise as breakfast and wifi included - this is a lie.
Good location, close to the train station even if not in the "best" area of Rome.
Staff are not manning the reception, no one was there to check us in and ending up having to ring booking.com and no one was present to inform us about check out and we ended up having to text the owner to say the keys would be left in the room as no one could get there before our departure from Rome.
Very good location, calm place.
They haven't changed towels and haven't cleaned the room, it was awful!!!!! The closet was leaky so water was running on the floor.
Good location (when we found it). The room was clean.
The photo's on the website are nothing like the rooms in this so called B&B. It should not be called a B&B as the breakfast consisted of a (shared) self service jar of coffee, tea bags and some milk. It was a joke. There was no WIFI and the porter/receptionist did not have great english.
Very clean rooms and perfect place for a city trip
Next to the termini, convenient
Near to Roma Termini. Cozy room, clean. Staff speaks English.
Since it is near to the station, it is not so safe. Breakfast is just a cookie. We had to wait for hot water for ages to take a shower!!
WIFI is excellent.
waiting for one and a half hour outside the building, waiting for the reception.
Location! (Termini station) Price / "Quality" Perfect when you just want to sleep and want to enjoy the city of Rome as much as you can.
Including breakfast sounds good, but the breakfast is just some instant coffee (self-service). You can't really call it a bed AND breakfast, maybe in Italy.. Noisy and smoking neighbours. They even tried to get in our room one morning, luckily it was locked. Don't believe in the pictures, don't expect beautifully bended towels or a modern interior. Basic room, nothing special here. No wifi on the room, we received an extra key of the reception office at our arrival in case of bad reception. Bad it was..
Cheap prices and decent location (right next to the train station) Clean
Checking in at one hotel to be taken to another building The bathroom had no ventilation and the shower was very small
Excellent location, nice clean rooms, very friendly staff.
Not too quite as it's right next to Termini station, but overall a great place to stay.
