Dating back to 1600, Hotel Ciasa De Gahja is located in Budoia, at the foot of the Dolomites. It offers large grounds with swimming pool and panoramic mountain views. Rooms are air conditioned and feature original features such as wood-beamed ceilings. They also include free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a minibar. Some have a balcony and mountain views. Ciasa De Gahja features plenty of outdoor space with a playground and sun terrace. Golf Course Castel d'Aviano is just a 5 minute drive away, while the NATO military base in Aviano is 2 miles away. If you are looking for a hotel right next to all the gondolas, San Marco square and want to eat at the Hard Rock cafe, this hotel is perfect for you. The price during our stay was extremely low too. The front counter staff were stuffy and rude. Drinks at the bar in the hotel were criminal. The worst of all was that you could hear everything going on in the next room's bathroom through the ventilation. Trust me, that is stuff you just don't want to hear...

I stayed at Ciasa de Gahja for extended periods 7 and 10 years ago while working on projects. I so enjoyed the hospitality that I decided to return while on vacation in Italy. The staff is very welcoming and gracious, and the hotel is very relaxing. The restaurant is probably the best in the area. Budoia is a nice, small town where you can get a feel for Italy, as it is not a typical tourist destination. The fact that we went out of our way on vacation just to spend one night at this hotel should say a lot! I would highly recommend Adriana and Ciasa de Gahja if your travels bring you through this region.

Great staff. Nice room. Good food. One will need to ensure proper transportation to the hotel. The Budoia train station is closed and no taxis available. Be sure to have hotel telephone and telephone to call and have someone pick you up if not driving.

It was so charming and beautiful grounds. We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee sitting by the pool. I liked that it was a small and quaint hotel with old world charm. The carpet is a bit worn and the internet only worked in the hallway. The beds are not as soft as we are used to.

La cordialità e disponibilità del personale, ottimo il ristorante. Molto professionale la signora che coniuga competenza con affettuosa accoglienza che rende il soggiorno, anche se per un giorno molto, non frugale ma da ricordare. I piccioni!?!

Die Lage ist für Venedig das was man sich vorstellt, klein, verwinkelt, tradition. Das gastronomische Angebot ist eine einzige Katastropfe. Die Zimmerausstattung hat zum Teil die Lebenserwartung deutlich überschritten.

la collocazione e la tranquillità di un piccolo hotel l'arredamento della camera è in stile anni 50. A prima vista era ineteressante, ma poi il tutto dimostrava i prolblemi dati dall'età, a partire dal letto tremendamente rumoroso. il bagno non aveva una luce adeguata.

Die wirklich ausgezeichnete Küche und die Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter und der Chefin. Wirklich ein Grund zum wiederkommen. Hatte drei DZ je zur Einzelnutzung bestellt. Meines war im Gegensatz zu den anderen ein "Katzenzimmer" (nur drei kleine vergitterte Luken als Fenster - bei einem Brand eine Mausefalle) und einen 1 Meter breiten Schlauch als Bad. Der Fernseher hängt so unglücklich von der Decke, das man aufpassen muss, nicht anzurempeln. Der Fernseher ging übrigens nicht. Das ist aber für mich kein Drama, da ich kaum Fernseh schaue. Fazit:So schon die übrigen Zimmer und der Aufenthalt insgesamt waren, dieses Zimmer sollte so nicht vermietet werden. Das schadet mehr der Reputation des Hotels als das es wirtschaftlichen Sinn macht.

Struttura molto suggestiva, ristorante ottimo, staff attentissimo e professionale. La camera nel sottotetto era arredata con mobili di risulta, la moquette macchiata d'acqua... Il tutto dava l'impressione di sciatteria e scarsa pulizia.
