Very nice staff ! Nice and clean room, good breakfast.
We only stayed one night but it was lovely. Inexpensive, close to the train station, about 10 minutes from il Duomo and the city center, good food nearby, the woman (whose name eludes me) who seemed to run the place was wonderful and friendly, breakfast was delicious. Overall we really really enjoyed this place.
It was a tiny bit noisy to be on the street, but a white-noise app on our phone cancelled out the street-sounds.
Best breakfast in italy and great host.
Location, staff very attentive, beds comfortable. Breakfast simple, but satisfactory.
Cold water to bath, wifi signal was weak.
Wifi was strong. Breakfast good. Host was helpful and gave us good suggestions. Location fairly central. Great value.
Heat didn't work and fridge was broken, but was replaced when we said something. Felt like a youth hostel, but that was fine.
professionalism, courtesy and very friendly.....
Location, big rooms, clean, professional and friendly staff. Fridge in the room. Very good breakfast. Good WiFi connection.
We had a room to the street and it was a bit too noisy. Small shower.
close to main train terminal so you can walk. close to main historical landmarks, food & interest local markets. And restaurants, bars small eateries nearby. Room & surrounds very clean. Good breakfast included with cereals, fruits, breads & fresh expresso made all included. Helpful with information. As with most smaller guesthouses or hotel stairs to one level.
The stuff was helpfull and friendly.
The hotel was a bit old, breakfast was not good, especially, croissants were really bad. (old)
Friendly staff and good location
Location. Breakfasts. Rooms.
Traffic noise but to be expected. And no lift, hard work with luggage.
- Location close to train station. - Florence isnt that big. You can walk everywhere central - Nice staff, let me use the printer without any complaints - Let us leave our bags at reception and even left us a key to get our bags for an evening train.
Everything absolutely, starting from owner ending with breakfast, including room, location, sleep quality, cleanness.
Neat, clean and helpful staff. Breakfast was also good.
WiFi was a little problematic.
Nice clean hotel, pleasant hotel staff/owner. Good breakfast.
10 minutes walk from/ to train station. Walking distance to Duomo and uffizi gallery.
We booked one double bed on line but when checked in, we found one double bed and one small bed in the room.We used the extra bed since it was in the room. However, hotel charged us for the usage of extra bed.We felt quite unfair as we did not ask for the extra bed and no one informed us in advance for the nonsense.
Value for price, location, excellent coffee and friendly staff
Location is good, it's ten min walk from center, but quite close to ztl limits, so we were able to find free parking spot. Breakfast was inhouse and very diverse which is quite nice and rare in Italy. Staff is very pleasant. Room equipment was a bit worn out but not seemed to be a problem at all.
The only drawback is noise from air conditioning units (3 or 4 of them right under our balcony). Those were constantly turning on and off, which is quite annoying.
Wonderful staff. Nina is friendly and obliging. Lovely breakfast. Great location. Great value for money.
really small bathroom, but it was private, ensuite and had everything you need so this is not really a complaint.
grate location,very clean,very nice breakfast
The owner is nice and helpful, and the breakfast was simple but good. Always fell welcome. The room was clean and sweet.
We stay there for two night and first night we stay in the blue room. That was quite noisy at night and I cannot fell sleep. Next morning we change to another room, room 2, that room was bigger space and quite.
Lovely guest house in very good location. Would stay there again
- The staff was very helpful. On the 1st day of our stay, the AC was not working (Florence was so hot, it was essential). She arranged for someone to come in and set it right. - There are books and maps provided for reference. I found it helpful for last minute references.
- No lift - but there is a nice explanation given when you enter the building. - No breakfast was provided. The charges for in-house b/f was very high; so we ate out - which was not a problem. It would have been good to have a kettle and some coffee/ tea provided for the morning.
Nice staff; there was problem with the window lock and i requested to fix it around noon. the staff called a repaire man and fixed it quickly so that when i went back, all the thing was perfect.
