grate location,very clean,very nice breakfast
The owner is nice and helpful, and the breakfast was simple but good. Always fell welcome. The room was clean and sweet.
We stay there for two night and first night we stay in the blue room. That was quite noisy at night and I cannot fell sleep. Next morning we change to another room, room 2, that room was bigger space and quite.
Lovely guest house in very good location. Would stay there again
- The staff was very helpful. On the 1st day of our stay, the AC was not working (Florence was so hot, it was essential). She arranged for someone to come in and set it right. - There are books and maps provided for reference. I found it helpful for last minute references.
- No lift - but there is a nice explanation given when you enter the building. - No breakfast was provided. The charges for in-house b/f was very high; so we ate out - which was not a problem. It would have been good to have a kettle and some coffee/ tea provided for the morning.
Nice staff; there was problem with the window lock and i requested to fix it around noon. the staff called a repaire man and fixed it quickly so that when i went back, all the thing was perfect.
Awesome Host Nina was very helpful.Room was clean and spacious.
Very friendly staff, great location, clean rooms, good breakfast.
Perfect Location to get to the city centre and to reach the train station. Staff very friendly and nice.
near the train station. the young lady made coffee for us every morning, very sweet. the facilities are ok, enough for us to use. price valued.
when we arrived the accommodation, it is 7.50 PM. we knock the door but no one replied. we have to call, then the staff came to the accommodation in about 10 minutes. Besides, the bathroom is too small...
it was good value in florence, close to the merchant square and other attractions. around 10 minutes walk to the train station.
Very convenient location - walking to the galleries and museums was quite easy. The staff helped by cheerfully answering all questions and offering suggestions. Our family enjoyed the varied breakfast - quite good! Would stay here again, and recommend this small hotel.
Worried about the noisy side street, but once the shutters were closed, it didn't hinder our sleep at all.
There was a small fridge in the room which was very convenient. The lady who runs the place was nice. When we asked if there were any scales to weigh our luggage before check-out, she offered to bring her own scale from her house!
Nothing important really. Our room didn't have a proper view and the closet was too high for us (as in, you had to use a stick to put the hangers on the rail) but otherwise no complaints.
- very close to trainstation Florence S.M.N. and Florence City Center - nice Shops and Restaurants in Walking distance - friendly and helpful owner
Great location, everything is within a 15 minute walking distance. The staff is really nice and helpful, rooms are clean, and staff was nice enough to make us cappuccinos in the morning with breakfast. Overall good deal for families on a budget.
Room can be noisy with street traffic.
The location of the property in relation to the centre of Florence, and the train station was excellent. The rooms were clean and kept in good condition, the eating area for breakfast was very welcoming....and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a pleasant place to rest their head after a heavy day of sightseeing. Will stay here again when next in Florence
The only downside to the property was the road it is on can be a little noisy, but if youve spent the day soaking up all the wonderful sights Florence has to offer, then you will sleep through anything!! The windows block out most of the noise if you are a light sleeper though!
The hotel is very near to the train station and very convenient to visit the places of attraction in Florence. The staff are very friendly, the room is very neat and clean, excellent wifi, excellent breakfast, good security system with 3 keys access : 1 for the building at street level, 1 for the hotel door at level 2 and 1 for your room. While walking to the places of attraction, you'll pass by stalls at the nearby streets that offer you abundant choices of leather goods of reasonable quality and bargainable price!
the shower cubicle is small
Very nice and helpful staff, short walking distance from the centre and sights, small but friendly.
The breakfast was very good, variety of breads, fruits, grate expresso,... The woman that work there is very nice.
The shower didn't worked properly, sometimes get burn water, sometimes cold. The street closed to hotel is very noisy, but for those who arrive late and wake early for tourism don't have to concern.
Manager/owner taking care with consideration.
Location is perfect. Clean and spacious rooms. Everything was good.
Freedom of coming
