Overall quality is good. Breakfast is huge - you get all the energy for a full day of sightseeing. Al the good aspects of a large modern hotel, no bad surprises of any kind. Very good value for the price I got via this site. Location is good for city walks and sights. Bus and metro within easy reach. Via Cicerone is a main street with buses and scooters + windows are single pane = street side rooms are really noisy even on upper floors. If you can't sleep in noise, take a courtyard room - good sleep, depressing view. Large modern hotel with zero local atmosphere. |

The location, the restaurant, the bar tending girls, some of the amenities rooms too hot, expensive internet connections, poor tv connection and selection, a "like it or leave it" attitude "we got more customers anyway" |

I found the hotel quite comfortable and in a good location, particularly for the Vatican City. The staff were helpful and the Hotel restaurant was quite good also. Some of our group were allocated a room on the street front and found it noisy, but were moved to one at the back upon request without any problems. |

A comfortable four star hotel in a convienient location to explore Rome, with reasonable provision for parking for a price. Concierge could be a little more helpfull by providing more than the bear minimum of an answer to questions on services and information on Rome to first time visitors who don't speak Italian. |

Decent rooms and accomidations. They charge extra for everything. Paying these reates and then having to pay extra for internet is not acceptable. Many many Cruse travelers staying here. |

The location is great, very accessible to the tourist locations and beside near the bus stop. The St, peter which is a very important place to us is just a walking distance from the hotel. The foods were excellent. The hotel could be easily located. We were happy that we've been able to stay in Cecirone hotel. We hopefully we could go back to rome and wish to stay in your hotel. |

This hotel was walking distance to villa borghese which was the reason we chose it. We paid a heavily discounted room rate due to being a last minute online booking. The room and bathroom were very large and clean. One lift was not working while we were there and the second one stopped on the day we checked out-was difficult carrying out luggage down the stairs. The front desk staff were knowledgable when we had queries but seemed unable to smile and nobody offered to take our luggage on arrival. |

Cleanliness and room ;-) I have never seen before in any other hotels that some of the TV channels had to be paid in order to watch them. |

very easy walk down by Rome from here - garage accomodation is very good, if you take in account that you are in Rome (!) breakfast room is a little bit crowded and noisy |

We loved the staff. My sister had stayed at the hotel and recommended it to us so we were aware that it was a bit further out from the 'heart' of the city. visiting in summer made it easy as we love to walk so nothing was a problem. the staff were so obliging and helpful with all enquires..change of room...information of transport...walking routes. I would recommend to most people as it is a perfect value for money hotel that is clean and comfortable. the only thing if you want to stay in the 'heart' you may find this a little further than you would like.for people who dont mind a stroll or using a bus for a stop or two then this is a great place. |

I am very satisfied with the service of your hotel and the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts were varied and plentiful and, apart from one morning only, we had no trouble in finding a table to eat. I'd be happy to make a return visit and wish to thank you for a plesant stay. |

The location is great & hotel staff were so helpful - organised things for us so that we didn't stress! We were surprised that the room - suite did not have a kettle/tea & coffee station |

It was fairly close to every where we wanted to go I booked 2 rooms at 130euros and then when I booked the next room for Dorothy and Kirke Wheeler a few days later it was $150 euros for the same type of room. I don't think that is right. |
