Convienent location, modern lobby, and service was helpful and professional. Room was large and quiet. Breakfast was good. The room didn't have a nice decor and very many amenities as other places we stayed at during this trip. Towels were skimpy and old and torn. Not enough pillows. Bed was lumpy and blanket and bedspread were old and dingy. Room needed a painting. Had an outside terrace that overlooked old, ugly buildings.

Location. 5-10 min. walk to Piazza Navona, 5 to the Vaticano. 10 to Piazza d'Sgagna. There is a shuttle from the airport (sitbusshuttle) for 8€ to Piazza Cavour that is 2 min walking from the hotel. The breakfast was good and the people serving it very nice. My room was very clean. Nice and convenient for a small vacation. A renovation of the hotel rooms is need urgently. It feels like nothing has been touched since the 80's. There was a piece of the ceiling missing in my room and the air conditioning pipes could be seen. Reception staff was correct but not friendly.

The location was excellent, and the atmosphere in the hotel was very nice and quiet. The bar/lounge area was excellent for relaxing at the end of the day. The musician at the piano was very good and seemed to cater to his audience. The fact that only one of the elevators was working was a real problem. I realize this is a mechanical problem but not having it fixed over a several days period was very inconvenient.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past. It is okay, mostly because of the location. Good for a short trip or first time trip to Rome. The rooms need a facelift. Shower didn't drain, TV not working, room dingy. The room rate was increased due to a major event in Rome. A friend was quoted half the rate when we asked at the reservation desk! I asked the hotel to adjust my bill and they refused. I was surprised and will not stay there again. Staff not all very friendly. Place caters to American tour groups. I feel they took advantage of me and should have adjusted my bill.

Great location, really close to Vatican City and St. Peter's Basilica (20min walk) and not too far from the Coliseum (a short taxi ride cost me 8 euros). Plenty of shops on a main street nearby (clothes, shoes and perfumes). Staff at reception not very patient or willing to give information. The ladies were okay, but the man wasn't helpful at all.

It was easy to get around Rome from this very central location. The staff was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants. Due to a snow storm on the East Coast, we lost 2 days on the front of our trip and added one on the end - and because it was non-refundable, we lost a bit of money. Understand non-refundable but an act of nature should over ride this.

Euro 110 per night is decent value for money given the location it has Staff is totally uninterested in giving service. Euro 17/day for the slowest internet imagineable (switching to the Euro 24/day (!!) solution day two made it quicker) Gym wasn't working because of water damage Card facility didn't work at checkout so I had to leave hotel to withdraw cash for payment. Will not go back

We had a triple room - 2 adults + 1 child of 11 years old - the room was spacious enough. Room service was good. Breakfast was good. We have asked for 3 more blankets and 4 more pillows. The hotel was better than expected. Too much dust in the room. We had the 3 days city break in 20-23 October and the weather was 11 Celsius during the night, but the heating was not working well. The windows were not well insulated.

You feature two hotels with the same name on the same street. This has led to unecessary misbookings and cancellation. You should correct.

Safe location to see all the Roman remains and Roman people through day and night. Quiet street with one-car-lane bicycle pass in front to pull the carry-on bag along free. Closeness to the city buses and the airport shuttle bus. Very clean and modern economy hotel. The room was over heated for the weather condition.

We have stayed at the hotel for about 15 times. The location and staff makes us return. Our room, 446, was rather small, tv really outdated, all in all needs a facelift.

“Spacious rooms, well designed, attention to detail, great breakfast. We were there during a children's holiday – Epiphany- and the cook came out of the kitchen to give my young son a box of chocolates, a beautiful gesture. Staff very helpful. My middle child got ill and staff advised us how the hotel has a doctor on call that charges next to nothing or nothing. Arranged transport to and from airport very affordably – even intervened when the driver tried to charge us more than the agreed price. All in all a great place to rest after walking all over the eternal city of Rome. ” Vassilios, Athens |
