Location is great, its just 10 minute walk from the Vatican or center of the city. Breakfast is no good, same every morning, no fruit or decent juice. I would not grade it as four star. Hotel has not been renovated or thoroughly cleaned since 80's. |

Very good location, close to metro station and within walking distance from touristic places. The room was quite noisy because the window did not close properly... |

The bed in the room did not satisfied us, so they gave another room. A good one. Dubble rooms with two bad instad of "king size bad" (real double bed). |

Room was clean and nice. Not too big, but fitted a baby cot without problems after rearranging some furniture. Good size bath compared to many other hotels. |

Excellent location! Near to all the city monuments, 5 minutes of walking to Navona, Trevi, Colosseum, Vatican. Perfect located, good breakfast, good value for money. We strongly recommend it! The personnel was kind of rigid. The mini bar very expensive, comparing to other places. We asked for a double bad (not twin) in our online request, and they gave us a twin room... but it worth going there! |

Unlike other Hotels in Europe that I stayed in the Cicerone is indeed a proper 4 star. Good rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff and a great location. Would definately return and will recommend to friends. |

Good value for money for Rome standards and considering it is a 4-star hotel. Nice area, 500 m from metro and 1Km from Piazza Navona. Chambermaids were ringing the room bell before 10 o'clock. The airconditioning was working only between 13:00 and 21:00, i.e. the time we were out of the room, so it was quite hot while we were there. But all these are minor. |

The people! The staff are wonderful. They all are welcoming and accommodating. It was a wonderful visit at the Cicerone! Going to the Cicerone is like going home! I have been staying at the Cicerone every year for more than 30 years! Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Pillows are flat and hard. Lack of air conditioning. |

Desk staff were friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable and willing to offer useful information unprompted. The dining-room staff could be grumpy (Roman style) but others were quite friendly. |

Location is very good, with a neighbourhood that is not too crowded with tourists. Breakfast was also a positive experiance. Beds are very hard, enough so to prevent another visit. |

Courteous staff. Helpful and attentive. Clean modern room. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very good restarant. I'm disabled and the breakfast room is upstairs. Staff ensured I had passage to room via service route. Certain wheelchairs would not make it! However I feel the staff would assist with room service. Room air conditioning not very good. No operating instructions. Room too warm. No tea or coffee making facilities in room would prefer this to mini-bar. |

The breakfast was wonderful, the beds were wide and very comfortable. The room was neat and tidy, well furnished :) The receptionists didn't have a look at us, no smiles, no eye contact at least... |
