ホテルスタッフの対応も良く、受付にある地図を片手にヴァチカン、トレビの泉、スペイン広場などへ徒歩で回る事が出来ました。

立地は、近辺には食料品店やレストランなどが多く便利です。テルミネ駅近辺以外はほとんど徒歩でまわれました。3日間の滞在でしたが初日に散歩がてらサンピエトロを見学、帰りがけにもう一度行ってみるとミサがあって法王に会えました。

日本や外国からの団体客で朝食がごったがえしていました。

Even though English is not their primary language, however the staff was trying to explain you everything in English.

Poor Breakfast selection. However you were not feeling hungry until lunch.

Our room smelled of smoke and wasnt great so we asked reception to be moved and they did so stright away and it was an upgrade!

There is not a great choice on breakfast and the hotel is quite old fashioned which doesnt come across on the pictures.

I liked that all the reception and concierge staff spoke excellent English, and were very helpful with taxis, tourist enquiries etc.Detailed maps available at reception. Breakfast was good. The Hotel restaurant served good food on first night and again restaurant staff had excellent English and were helpful. Very central location, walking distance to Vatican, spanish steps and main shopping area

The only thing I did not like was that there was no iron in our room. And a small point, no soap holder in the shower!

The rooms were very cold and this could not be adjusted by the thermostat in the room. There was a smell of smoke whcih we could not get rid off. The noise level made it difficult to get a good nights sleep as there were people moving at 6 am in the morning. Perhaps you could assign specific flloors for tour groups and quiet areas for small parties.
