We knew what to expect as we have stayed at the Cicerone before. Concierge were so helpfull. Situated in a smart area that is quiet and convenient for buses. Location ideal for pleasant evening strolls. Many fine restaurants close by. Nice to start the day with a very good breakast with very varied choice to suit all requirements and tastes. Overall just excellant value. Drinks at the bar and meals in their restaurant a bit pricey. |

very friendly and efficient staff who made us most welcome.The location of the hotel is ideal for access to site seeing all of Romes wonderful city.The breakfast is great and staff are eager to please. |

The hotel receptionist, who wore a badge entitled Giussepi, was appallingly rude on my arrival. He could not find my booking and ordered me to sit down 'over there'. I indicated that I was unhappy about his manner and tone but he continued to rant and said that I could look for another hotel if I wanted. |

The location was fantastic, it meant that we were able to explore Rome on foot and not have to rely on public transport. Both the room and bathrome were adequately sized and kept perfectly clean. |

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. The staff were excellent, friendly, and spoke english. They were helpful booking us tours and giving directions to where we wanted to go. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping are very considerate to keep the hallways quiet while cleaning. The location is good. We walked throughout the city the majority of time. |

The staff were very helpfull and freindly. The location of the hotel was OK it took us about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the Vatican and a litle over 30 minutes to the Spannish Steps. |
