Αρχικά ενθουσιαστήκαμε με την υποδοχή, αλλα την επομένη επιστρέφωντας απο την βόλτα στην πόλη καταλάβαμε οτι είχαμε να κάνουμε με ερασιτέχνες.Με λίγα λόγια μας άλαξαν δωμάτιο επειδή νόμιζαν οτι έχουμε κάνει παράπονα για φασαρία,κάτι που δεν κάναμε,μετέφεραν εν αγνοία τα πραγματά μας σε άλλο δωμάτιο. Αφού λοιπόν εξακρίβωσαν οτι κάνανε λάθοσ είχαν την απαίτηση να πάρουμε τα πραγματά μας και να μεταφερφούμε σε άλλο καινούργιο αυτή τη φορά. Έπειτα απο έντονες αρνήσεις μας απο την στιγμή που το λάθος ήταν δικό τους και με όλη την κούραση της ήμερας μας παραχώρησαν το εν λόγο δωμάτιο, δύστηχώς όμως τα χειρότερα δεν είχαν έρθει.Ενώ λοιπόν κάναμε το μπάνιο μας και αφού περιφέρομασταν με τα εσώρουχα ξαφνικά ανοιξε την πόρτα ένας άλλος ένοικος!!ΤΡΑΓ

πολυ εξυπηρετικο προσωπικο, καθαρό δωμάτιο, σε ησυχη συνοικία και πολυ σημαντικο το ότι ήταν κοντά στο μετρό..

σε γενικες γραμμες είμαστε ιδιαίτερα ικανοποιημένοι

The hotel is good, confertable and the staff kind and available.

I don't like very much the stile in my taste they are too modern and high tech. The heat was too high and not possible to regulate in the room

Staff friendliness and cooperation - staff helped me with all my requests and even more - gave me useful info without asking. Location - 5 minutes walking to Toscalana railway station and Re Di Roma metro station, which is very convenient for city tours. Breakfast - excellent!!! Sky TV in the rooms!!! Nice terrace in the room (even bigger than the room). Free internet in the rooms, which is hard to find in Rome.

Small rooms. Very thin walls and you can hear all noises coming from the other rooms and corridors. 150 euro/night is a bit more, but its like that in all Rome.

The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good and plenty of choice.

Since this is Rome, you know, we did not expect a very big room and thus were not surprised to find a small room in which you barely had space to make three steps. Also if you are a couple it will be impossible to walk both of you in the room at the same time. So for those of you looking for a big room this is not the place to be. Also if you are taller than 1,80 meters I would not recomend this hotel to you since the beds are precisely 1,80 meters long.

Small rooms

I stayed this hotel with my wife. The first advantage of this hotel should be very near the Metro A (Re Di Roma, it's just 4stops from Termini) and bus stop. Also the hotel staffs, especially Front guys were very nice & hospitial. And accomodation fee is competitive.

For us it wasn't big issue at all, but someone might mind the biz small size of bed & room. And if we can hope something more, it'll be much better if they have the vesitables and hot bacon or sousages in the break fast. But it's not complaint just hope.

The room was nice and clean, bed very comfortable.

I asked in advance to have a quiet room as I was staying in the hotel the night before my wedding, however I was given a room next to the breakfast room and woke up at 6am when the staff started preparing the breakfast, etc.

Great value for the money... Very close to Roma's subway, line A

The room's refrigerator didn't work, I mentioned to the front desk and they did nothing about it...

Free Internet and a Safe shall allways be in the plus column.

Breakfast is o.k. but could be improved variatywise. After 4 days one needs some change...

It was very clean and quiet and the staff were very kind.

The airconditioning in our room had the direction to the bed, so we couldn;t use it for long.
