The hotel is good, confertable and the staff kind and available. I don't like very much the stile in my taste they are too modern and high tech. The heat was too high and not possible to regulate in the room |

The staff were particularly helpfull providing detailed answers and tips. The hotel was very clean with beautiful rooms. It is close to the metro (about 5 minutes walk) and in walking distance to the Colosseum.Hotel easily accessible via train from Fiumicino airport. Although the breakfast menu is fine if you are staying a night or two, it does however become average if staying any longer. |

Staff friendliness and cooperation - staff helped me with all my requests and even more - gave me useful info without asking. Location - 5 minutes walking to Toscalana railway station and Re Di Roma metro station, which is very convenient for city tours. Breakfast - excellent!!! Sky TV in the rooms!!! Nice terrace in the room (even bigger than the room). Free internet in the rooms, which is hard to find in Rome. Small rooms. Very thin walls and you can hear all noises coming from the other rooms and corridors. 150 euro/night is a bit more, but its like that in all Rome. |

Quite comfortable location, just 10 min walk from the Tuscolana train station. It also five minutes walk from Re di Roma metro station. It was my third time in the hotel and I never had a reason to complain. Finding a good place for dinner in close vicinity may be a problem and they don’t have their own restaurant. |

The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. Since this is Rome, you know, we did not expect a very big room and thus were not surprised to find a small room in which you barely had space to make three steps. Also if you are a couple it will be impossible to walk both of you in the room at the same time. So for those of you looking for a big room this is not the place to be. Also if you are taller than 1,80 meters I would not recomend this hotel to you since the beds are precisely 1,80 meters long. |

The staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. No restaurant, but plenty of recommendations for places nearby. The room was clean and modern. The room was very small, would have been a squeeze for 2 people. The hotel claimed to have a bar, but this appeared to be closed, so to sit down with a drink at the end of the day, you had to go elsewhere. There was a minibar in the room though. |

I stayed this hotel with my wife. The first advantage of this hotel should be very near the Metro A (Re Di Roma, it's just 4stops from Termini) and bus stop. Also the hotel staffs, especially Front guys were very nice & hospitial. And accomodation fee is competitive. For us it wasn't big issue at all, but someone might mind the biz small size of bed & room. And if we can hope something more, it'll be much better if they have the vesitables and hot bacon or sousages in the break fast. But it's not complaint just hope. |

The room was nice and clean, bed very comfortable. I asked in advance to have a quiet room as I was staying in the hotel the night before my wedding, however I was given a room next to the breakfast room and woke up at 6am when the staff started preparing the breakfast, etc. |

Excellent value for money, Well beyond the normal Southern European standard in terms of décor. Breakfast is good for Rome. Service can be a little slow, but no more so than anywhere else I've stayed in Rome. |

It was very clean and quiet and the staff were very kind. The airconditioning in our room had the direction to the bed, so we couldn;t use it for long. |

The hotel is new (rare in Rome) and clean(also rare). The staff could speak English (don't get me started about how rare that is) and was very helpful! The Metro station (re di roma) is a 5min walk meaning that you can be in history center in 15 minutes! San Giovanni is a 10 min walk also. Believe me its the best deal you can get in Rome in terms of price/location/services. |

Friendly staff, small but clean and comfortable room, excellent bathroom and close to metro stop. The location of the hotel is outside of the centre of Rome, which is not ideal but it is close to a metro stop so this was not a real problem. The only problem we had, which was nothing to do with the hotel, was the taxi ride there from the airport. Do not get one! We were totally overcharged and then tricked in to paying more! |

The atmosphere of the hotel in general. Access to the internet, free of charge The breakfast buffet was good, except for one day when a different team was responsible. No intention to satisfy the customers at all (no bread, no milk, only a few croissants). If this would be my only experience I would never recommend this hotel to anybody.... |
