Internet access, wooden floor, quiet, very clean bed covers and curtains, very good and spacious bathroom, beautiful design on lounges and rooms. Kind and helpful without fuss receptonists. Not too spacious room and just one quite small cupboard - we must have been keeping almost all our staff in suitcases. Also couple of suggestions - 1. It would be very comfortable to have a hospitality tray with kettle because there is no restorant tonight in the hotel. 2. The should be more descriptive info booklet of hotel facilities (time of breakfast, extras, loundry prices and so on) in the |

Great staff, clean, modern facilities. Close to tube. Lovely design and outdoor spaces. Yes, the breakfast was very poor. Artificial juices, rotting fruit, un-chilled yoghurts and water, warm coffee, shortage of food especially bread and buffet meats and cheese. |

The staff of this hotel are incredible and friendly..they go out of their way to please customers..the breakfast is also a must..goes till 11am !! The hotel is a work of art and an amazing overhaul of an older building. Very Chic and modern...good enough that the owner hangs out there and he could stay anywhere. Not a single complaint...will return to this hotel not only due to it being a great place but primarily due to the staff. Great folks who speak english. |

Hotel nuevo, sábanas, toallas etc nuevo, muy moderno y con estilo. Comfortable. Personal muy amable, atento y servicial. Desayuno bueno. Primero estuvimos en el tercer piso donde se encuentra el comedor y hubo ruido de platos a primera hora del desayuno. Nos cambiaron sin ningún problema al 2º piso y todo perfecto. Así que no recomendamos el tercer piso. Todo lo demás genial! |
