Staff was prompt and helpful. Location of the hotel was very good. Just 14 mins from Duomo. Breakfast was decent, though nothing special.
Room was very small and filled with too much funrniture. You cannot control the room temperature. Very small TV in room with dis-functional remote. It is a decent hotel, but not value for money.
good location, lively area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby
The lady who made the breakfast
My stuffy room was in the room on the first floor. I heard taxi drivers talking and yelling all night.. Tried repeatedly to speak to manager. Would neither speak to me, or look at letters from Radiologist or my cancer doc. Do not stay here if you ever met one person going thru cancer therapy !!!!!
Lack of knowledge of local restaurants nearby
Airco in room, friendly and helpfull staff, location
Limited breakfast choice
good location -
poor breakfast -
Excellent comfortable hotel in an active neighbourhood. Excellent service excellent breakfast and a good taxi rank outside of hotel
It was a little far away from the central square and activities
it was clean, convienient and the staff were extremely helpful and polite.
the wifi was terrible, we had to sit in the corridor outside our rooms for it to work.
I told them the room was really small with no space to put my luggages, they changed the larger room for me on the next day.
They gave me a very small room on the first night.
Very bad breakfast
Too expensive for what was offered. Poor breakfast and room.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was adequately clean with newly renovated bathroom. Comfortable bed, many tv channels and good wifi. The breakfast was not exceptional, but still acceptable. Very convenient location within walking distance to the city center attractions. Taxi stand in front of hotel. A good value for hotels that can be quite expensive in Milan.
Elevator was antiquated. Rooms could use some updating which would freshen the atmosphere.
I liked this girl at the reception. She was very kind
Bad wi-fi,only one 2 parking places what are constantly busy..
I have been traveling in Milano for few times and I stayed in different hotels The worst hotel I have ever been to. There are totally Three car parking spaces for the entire property, I was told that the crossisant is for free and when I check out they charged me three Euro for that. wifi is weak and Most importantly, the staffs was touching my "body" in which I found it to be very very annoying ,Staying in a noise room with that amount of money is totally not worth it. I was completely Pissed off by this hotel. and I will never recommend anyone to come to a hotel like this anymore
Rooms that next to the street have bad windows that they don't block or illuminate the noise
Clean, good location, room is OK.
The staff (Rosario) was very rude, the young lady was really nice. Lift is very old from the Stone Age No parking
The location is perfect in a very nice are with the tram stop right outside. the staff were nice.
The breakfast isnt really impressive. Although the staff were nice but they werent really presentable.
