Albergo Cinzia  

I had an ensuite bathroom and nice hot water. Bathroom and bedroom were both a good size. It was affordable. I liked the fact thta breakfast was NOT included, as it gave me the option of eating out. Staff polite and helpful when asked for anything.

There was no soap in the bathroom when I arrived. In the morning, there were no staff around at 7.30 (when it said that breakfast starts) and no milk for tea. I had to drink black tea as there was noone to ask. It was not clear whether breakfast was self-service or table service, so I helped myself to tea, not sure how to work the hot water machine or if I was doing things right. I couldn't find a bell at reception or any way to contact any staff when I needed them.

Very energetic and outgoing lady who ran the place. Would help with anything if asked. Very close to the train station to take a 5 minute ride into Florence.

Parking is free, but is outside on the street so it may be full. The restaurant down the street isn't too great, but it is only a short walk away.

Very friendly, clean, cosy. All necessary things in the room. Good coffee)) great placement for railway travellers from Statione Refredi. Best choice for the price

Location is good, at the calm area and close to Train station to Center of Firenze (10 mins walking). Free public parking in front of the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful.

No air condition, only Fan, a bit hot during the night with mosquitoes. By the way, you can ask for machine "Anti mosquitoes" at reception.

hotel was clean and made to feel very welcome only 1 short train stop from main florence. very pleased with our stay there.

It is easy to find and to go, near the center (4min by train, ticket price 1.20 go&return) and the neighbour is quite. The hotel is very descent and the people of the hotel were extremely friendly, giving us a lot of information about the city, restaurants, public washing machines etc...After all, I would go again there, if I was in florence. (Many greetings from Greece to Violeta!)

La cordialità e la gentilezza della proprietaria. Appena arrivati ci ha spiegato come arrivare in centro e cosa visitare. Il giorno dopo, tornando la sera, abbiamo trovato la camera in ordine con 3 ovetti di pasqua a testa sul cuscino. Infine l'ultimo giorno ci ha offerto la colazione e si è addirittura scusata perchè la camera non prevede la disdetta rimborsabile. Per essere un albergo ad una stella ci è andata veramente di lusso!!! Altri aspetti positivi il parcheggio libero sotto l'albergo e la pulizia della stanza e del bagno.

Unica pecca forse le pareti troppo "leggere". Si sentiva veramente tutto. Ma non ci si può lamentare.

Le camere più lontane dal banco reception non sono raggiunte dal wi-fi, bisogna uscir fuori sul corridoio per poterne usufruire

Ottimo personale, ottima accoglienza!buona posizione (vicino alla stazione Rifredi), buono chi sceglie di viaggiare in auto, pulizia, comfort, ambiente familiare al massimo; insomma da ritornarci sicuramente! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!

Camera a livello di un tre stelle anche per la grandezza, pulita e con un bagno grande. La cosa che più mi ha colpito è stata quando ho aperto il letto e le coperte erano perfettamente distese, impeccabile. La signora che si occupa dell'hotel è molto più che loquace.
