The staff was very friendly and the room was big enough and gut equipped. The bathroom was big and gut redecorated. One can achieve the center of Florence in 20 min (only one train stop). It is the best value for this money. I would recommend it.

This is actually an appartment building 1st floor turned into a family-run hotel. The location is OK if you travel by car, because free parking is possible in the alley in front of the hotel. Also, train station is app. 5 minutes walk away and the train take you to the main station in the city center. (Ticket costs 1,5 € one way. Do not forget to validate it before boarding the train!) The hotel is good fo one night stay, but not for longer stays - good train and bus connection to the center, the rooms are nice, bathroom is in the room.

The hotel itself is poorly maintained and badly organized. The woman in charge, albeit friendly, is often not present at the hotel - in the meantime the guests are left with her teenage daughter who is uninterested for this task and cannot speak english well. There is usually no one behind the reception desk, try knocking on the private rooms to check for the owners. Although it is said that breakfast is possible for 5 €, it is not always available, so check in advance (we didn't have it).

The staff were super helpful and is walking distance to the Frienze Refredi station.

The location of the hotel was a bit far from the city center which you had to take a bus. Another thing too is the shower. There was no barrier for the shower so no matter how careful you are. You will get water all over the floor outside the door.

Proximity of the train station. The owner was very helpful with various locations around the hotel.

There is a lack of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel

The owner Violeta, a very kind Signora. Told us what to see at Firenze, how to take the bus, the most easy way to buy the tickets, the location of the supermarket, the Trattoria. Comfortable room. Near the bus stop, quiet place

Not suitable without a car.

It's important to mind the safety of your booking there because we had the surprise to find our luggage and personal belongings moved into another room without being asked or notified. Useless to say that the room they took the liberty to move us in was inferior to the previous one. I have to mention that after arguing with the manager they moved our things beck into the original room but during the procedure they practically violated the intimacy and privacy of other three guests who had no idea that their personal items are object of replacement. Another important detail is that we weren't issued an invoice after making the payment for the room. I would advise you to take caution when deciding for this hotel.

The hotel owner was exceptionally nice and very well organised, really looked after us.

The room for 4 people is a bit small. Mosquito at night is annoying.

The woman was really helpful and kind! The room was simple but clean, the area was quiet. The bed was comfortable too:)

Its quite far away from the centre, we got lost a bit by car when goin back in the evening. The only thing I didnt like was the bathroom, its was so little and there was no curtain, the shower was above the toilet, so it got soaked.

Too far from the city center. But it need just 1 station from the Firenze S.M.n station. And just 5min to walk to go to the hostel from Firenze rifredi station.

A nice and simple hotel at the outskirts of Firenze. Just a few minutes drive from the countryside. No parking problems near the hotel. Very kind staff.

The musquito's, but that is the fault of the Firenze community.

We only stayed one night while traveling between Tuscany and an early flight out of the Florence airport. This is a budget room, I would consider using Albergo Cinzia for a longer stay in Florence because it is outside the very expensive center of town good restaurants close and train to town center. The woman who was the hostess was very friendly and willing to help.

Large old style room. Helpful, friendly owner. Near train station to city. Quiet location. Parking outside ok. The cheap breakfast option is better value. English speaking.

Hotel sign very difficult to see. We were parked within 50m and didn't know where hotel was.

Location~ Location~!!! It takes only 5-7mins to Firenze Rifredi train station on foot. We took a train to go to Firenze center(Firenze S.M.N station). It costs 1.40euro and takes only 5mins(1stop). Also, it's possible to park free near to hotel.(There are lots free parking space.).

Hôtel situé à proximité de la Gare Firenze Rifredi. Permet l'accès rapide et facile en train au centre ville de Florence.

Hôtel mal insonorisé avec l'extérieur et l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Linge de bain non remplacé tous les jours.
