the hotel was a basic 2 star but it was spotleesly clean and the beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful it was noisy at night being on a main thoroughfare and cold but we did visit in november. |

great location without the craziness of a major city. easy trains to florence and pisa. price was right. only planned on staying 2 nights but stayed 5. breakfast was not so great but the coffee was outstanding |

Easy parking as Cioci have access to a secure hotel parking compound about 100 metres down the road. Rooms quiet as you are not on a busy street but overlooking a pleasant, small square complete with fountain. |

The young man at the front desk spoke fluent English and he was very friendly and helpful. There is a very good ratio for price / service. Good breakfast if you are lucky to be served by the young man :-) The old woman at the front desk was creepy and she did not serve us anything to drink for breakfast. There were many pictures of Angels in the room so Christians might enjoy it, but it was creepy for my girlfriend:-). Parking is very far from the hotel and you must pay for it - 3 Euros at the every exit. The hotel is situated in the square - it's a noisy place during the night and from early morning. |

clean room, location of the hotel The staff had made mistake with booking and was not helpful to give us what we had reserved in spite of there were few other guests, in the bathroom vas unconfortable to take a shower because the water got all over the floor, the breakfast was very poor and served between 8.00 to 9.00 only, no fan or airconditioning as it stay i hotelpdescription. |

Overal good, friendly personal, clean room, close to the city center. I definitely will come back to this hotel. Bedroom window was to small, not anough natural light come into the room. |

Hotel Cioci- it's a little hotel with a lot of character in the heart of a wonderful spa town. The rate we paid was excellent value and the staff were extremely helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend it. |

Proximité de la gare, donc facilité d'atteindre florence en moins d'une heure. Parking fermé, tarif très correct. Un peu difficile à trouver, notamment à cause des sens interdits!... |

Met name de receptie van het hotel was zeer behulpzaam en heel attent. Ook ben ik zeer tevreden over het schoonmaken van de kamer. Elke dag nieuwe handdoeken en tijdens ons verblijf 2x verschoning van het beddengoed. Kamer was niet al te groot maar keurig verzorgt. Onze kamer lag op de 3e verdieping. We hadden een heel klein raampje wat er laag lag. Hierdoor kwan er nagenoeg geen daglicht op de kamer. We hebben dit niet echt als hinderlijk ervaren mede doordat wij overdag niet op de kamer zijn geweest. |

L'albergo Cioci è un tipico albergo toscano in una zona tranquilla di Montecatini Terme. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono pulite e anche l'arredamanto, sopratutto i quadri si adattano alla stanza. Passando qualche giorno nei mesi estivi è un gran vantaggio che c'è anche l'aria condizionata in/nella camera. Il letto ( la grandezza) e soprattutto il materasso è ottimo. Essendo a Montecatini Terme ci ritornerò. Molto bene è la possibilità di fare il checkout entro le ore 12 e arrivando a Montecatini Terme le nostre camere erano già pronte. Benissimo! C'è poco da criticare. Forse si potrebbe cambiare un po' l'arredamento del bagno, perchè facendosi la doccia tutto il bagno è pieno d'acqua, il che è anche scomodo per la colf che deve pulirlo, ma non so cosa fare per migliorarlo. La colazione è una tipica colazione toscana. Il cappuccino è ottimo, ma sarebbe meglio se ci fossero delle brioche fresche e non soltanto con marmellata di ciliegia, ma anche con crema, albicocca e cosi via. Nella camera c'e un po' di muffa, ma non così tanto che è nocivo alla salute.Sarebbe pero bene controllarlo lo stesso. Il resto è ottimo, sopratutto per un albergo a 2 stelle. |

Hotel gestionado por dos jovenes super atentos i agradables Jean Piero i Henri, que también habla castellano. Esta situado en un pueblo super tranquilo desde donde se accede facilmente a Florència, Luca, Pistoia, Siena tanto en coche como en tren. Ideal para volver despues de un dia de turisteo i tomar un vino en la terraza. |

Vriendelijk low-budget hotel. Het personeel is behulpzaam, de kamers hartstikke schoon. Geen luxe, maar wel voor weinig geld een prima thuis als je een paar dagen in Florence bent. |

Calme, propre, bon accueil même tardif. Très difficile à trouver même avec gps, quartier "abyrinthe". Heureusement un vigile nous a guidé (la rue est en fait coupée par un parking). Ne pas hésiter à appeler l'hôtel pour demander de l'aide. Parking payant, mais nous avons finalement trouvé une place gratuite (place banche, demandez un plan avant à l'hotel pour ne pas vous perdre à nouveau). Quartier un peu glauque : lotissements d'hotels pour personnes âgées. |

Das Hotel ist schlicht aber nett eingerichtet. Wer einfach eine günstige Übernachtung sucht ohne viel Schnickschnack ist hier goldrichtig. |
