clean room, location of the hotel The staff had made mistake with booking and was not helpful to give us what we had reserved in spite of there were few other guests, in the bathroom vas unconfortable to take a shower because the water got all over the floor, the breakfast was very poor and served between 8.00 to 9.00 only, no fan or airconditioning as it stay i hotelpdescription. |

Overal good, friendly personal, clean room, close to the city center. I definitely will come back to this hotel. Bedroom window was to small, not anough natural light come into the room. |

Hotel Cioci- it's a little hotel with a lot of character in the heart of a wonderful spa town. The rate we paid was excellent value and the staff were extremely helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend it. |

It was inexpensive and close to all main attractions of town. Front desk was friendly. Quiet, clean. There were very few other guests. |

Friendly, helpful staff, clean room. Breakfast eccentric but good. They need to put a shower curtain in the bathroom, water got all over the floor. |

The only concern was the hotel was open from 8 A.M. which means the breakfast was open after 8:30 kind of too late. |

Bra utgångsläge för att ta sig vidare runt i Toscana med tex tåg. Trevlig personal som gjorde sitt yttersta för att vi skulle trivas. Rena och rymliga rum. Fräscht badrum. Frukosten var inget vidare, ialla fall inte för skandinavier som är vana vid lite rejälare frukostar och inte en massa sylt, honung och nutella... |

Zentrale Lage, gut zu finden. Angenehmes Ambiente und ein komfortables Zimmer. Einfachstes Frühstück, aber für diesen Preis alles sehr okay. |

Lage prijs voor een voldoende hotel. Chinese inrichting is wennen voor een hotel in Italië. Behulpzaam personeel. Parkeren in een parkeergarage 500 meter verderop voor 2 euro per keer. 800 meter van treinstation en midden in centrum. Plaats zelf is zeer gericht op oudere mensen en bezoeken van de Thermaalbaden. |

La posizione dell'Hotel è molto buona anche se, essendo in centro, si ha qualche difficoltà a parcheggiare nelle vicinanze e i Vigili Urbani sono severi. La camera è piccola ma confortevole e lo staff è a disposizione. Inoltre il check out si può effettuare con calma entro le 12. Il rientro notturno è libero. basta suonare. Ci ritornerò |
