駅からまあまあ近い。朝食もついていてシーズンオフもあってか安かった。スタッフはみな非常に親切。部屋は- 清潔。窓が小さく低い位置にあって少し暗い。

夜中暖房が消しているのか？故障か？非常に寒く夜中眠れなかった。朝食が８時からと遅いのが少々残念だが値- 段も安いのでしょうがないか。

great location without the craziness of a major city. easy trains to florence and pisa. price was right. only planned on staying 2 nights but stayed 5.

The staff had made mistake with booking and was not helpful to give us what we had reserved in spite of there were few other guests, in the bathroom vas unconfortable to take a shower because the water got all over the floor, the breakfast was very poor and served between 8.00 to 9.00 only, no fan or airconditioning as it stay i hotelpdescription.

Hotel Cioci- it's a little hotel with a lot of character in the heart of a wonderful spa town. The rate we paid was excellent value and the staff were extremely helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Frendly staff central location between two histiric cities

Personale estremamente gentile, stanze e servizi igenici in ottime condizioni e arredate con gusto.

Proximité de la gare, donc facilité d'atteindre florence en moins d'une heure. Parking fermé, tarif très correct.

Un peu difficile à trouver, notamment à cause des sens interdits!...

L'albergo Cioci è un tipico albergo toscano in una zona tranquilla di Montecatini Terme. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono pulite e anche l'arredamanto, sopratutto i quadri si adattano alla stanza. Passando qualche giorno nei mesi estivi è un gran vantaggio che c'è anche l'aria condizionata in/nella camera. Il letto ( la grandezza) e soprattutto il materasso è ottimo. Essendo a Montecatini Terme ci ritornerò. Molto bene è la possibilità di fare il checkout entro le ore 12 e arrivando a Montecatini Terme le nostre camere erano già pronte. Benissimo!

C'è poco da criticare. Forse si potrebbe cambiare un po' l'arredamento del bagno, perchè facendosi la doccia tutto il bagno è pieno d'acqua, il che è anche scomodo per la colf che deve pulirlo, ma non so cosa fare per migliorarlo. La colazione è una tipica colazione toscana. Il cappuccino è ottimo, ma sarebbe meglio se ci fossero delle brioche fresche e non soltanto con marmellata di ciliegia, ma anche con crema, albicocca e cosi via. Nella camera c'e un po' di muffa, ma non così tanto che è nocivo alla salute.Sarebbe pero bene controllarlo lo stesso. Il resto è ottimo, sopratutto per un albergo a 2 stelle.

Hotel gestionado por dos jovenes super atentos i agradables Jean Piero i Henri, que también habla castellano. Esta situado en un pueblo super tranquilo desde donde se accede facilmente a Florència, Luca, Pistoia, Siena tanto en coche como en tren. Ideal para volver despues de un dia de turisteo i tomar un vino en la terraza.

Das Hotel ist schlicht aber nett eingerichtet. Wer einfach eine günstige Übernachtung sucht ohne viel Schnickschnack ist hier goldrichtig.

Zimmer rein, Klimaanlage vorhanden, tgl. Service i.O., Lage ebenfalls sehr gut; Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und bemüht; kleines Hotel zentral gelegen; kein Verständigungsproblem (englisch); haben schon weitaus schlechtere Qualität zu höheren Preisen gehabt;

Frühstück war rein auf süß ausgerichtet- für den Österreicher gewöhnungsbedürftig; jedoch tgl. frisch gebackener Kuchen;
