The location was fabulous!
It's hard to find.
Hotel is in a hidden corner but not difficult to locate. Comfortable and clean environment. Staffs were friendly and helpful.
Would have been good if a directional board with the hotel name placed prominently at the square near the fountain.
Location was good
It wasn't clean and it was constriction for both days of my stay, didn't relaxed at all
A lady named Monica, I think, who works at the hotel went out of her way at 2 am to come find my friends and me in the dark foggy night because we could not find our way to the hotel. The location would've been near impossible in broad daylight to find, so that's a downfall, but one Monica rescued us from San Marco Square we knew we were in good hands. Lovely hotel and lovely staff.
The location is near impossible to find.
hard to find location
Very clean, beautiful room, friendly staff
We booked one big bed, actualy it was 2 bed which was compare, and try to in different directions, so i slipped between the beds, not on the bed. Wi-fi is not free and very very very slow! Annoying music in hall which you can hear in your room in the early morning. No noise insulation at all!
Conveniently placed near St.Marks Square. Nice Hotel
Decent hotel for Venice prices, a few minutes from San Marco. Perhaps a little hard to find, but you'll get used to it . For illustration: when you think you got lost, just walk ahead for next 56 meters and you are there ... If I'd like to stay so close to San Marco, I'd choose it again.
Rather central and convenient and close to S. Marco. Nice view of a little restaurant on one side and a little bridge and canal not far away. Very good service. Very nice breakfast included in the price.
The hotel is clean and very central
The rooms are extremely small, minimally equipped and without any view. The staff is not the nicest. They do not really care if you are there or not. they ask additional fee for the wi-fi which is not the fastest. The breakfast is equally poor. One would not mind so much if the price would not be so high for such a little service
Central location and breakfast was acceptable.
The double charge made by mistake by hotel and sister hotel.
It was very hard to find!
The location was fantastic. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Nice bathroom and shower. The young man at the front when we checked in was fantastic. He gave us a bunch of tips on how to get around and what was a must see. His name was Alessandro.
That we had to pay for wifi. I mean it was only 5 euros but that was the first time we have ever paid.
Great staff; clean room, decent breakfast; room ad equated & decorated in traditional Venetian maroon brocade decor that has a certain charm. Reliable wifi at 1-time moderate fee. Less than 5 minutes to St. Mark's Square etc.
A little tricky to find, even to get back to, without any nearby signage.
Good Location near San Marco square. Staffs' attitude is good.
Room space is not so enough. Hard to find the hotel at night.
The rooms were small and very old. The staff was rude and the breakfast was poorly.
Fantastic location just a short walk from the Rialto bridge and San Marco. We were able to go back to the toilet instead of paying €1.5. The rooms are small but for Venice they aren't too bad. The room was very clean but there is a bit of noise from other rooms (toilets flushing etc)
Breakfast was pretty average and we heard other rooms flushing toilets.
Good hotel in OK location in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
Location was ok
Everything...no shower as broken and wasn't fixed! No hairdryer as the lead broken had tape around it! Nothing in mini bar and no compliment tray to make own tea or coffee. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
Breakfast was minimalistic. Bed was hard as stone.
Good location. Very close to san marco square. Very clean and friendly staff who were helpful.
Breakfast was horrible. Bread and croissants in wrappers. No fruit. Pictures of breakfast on website is not accurate. Our last night the fan had a whisteling sound and kept us up.
Very close to main attractions, water ferries, shops, restaurants etc. Breakfast not full buffet but more than adequate for us with cereal, rolls, yoghurt, decent coffee and tea. Lift available so didn't have to carry luggage upstairs.
No maps or information available at reception desk
The hotel was right in the center near all tourist sights
The room was a lot smaller than we thought going by the photos on the website bed was very hard
