A lovely truly city-centre hotel, run by interesting people that make you feel at home. Good value and good fun. Non the failings you usually associate with a hotel in much of Italy at this price.

The staff was very helpful and the hotel was quiet and well-run. It is located just off a small plaza and not far from the area of the canals, and is well within walking distance to the port, ferry terminal, and many restaurants.

Breakfast is meager.

Mainly the location and parking space.

The hotel is a bit run down and aircon seems not working very well. The breadfast is just a piece of bread and a cup of coffee with limited choice.

L'albergo è sprovvisto di ascensore e le camere sono situate in un primo piano rialzato, la colazione viene proposta in un bar e la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare ; qualità/prezzo poco conveniente.

Centrale, pratico ed agevole per il centro citta'

Wenn es was positives zu erwähnen gibt, dann die Lage des Hotels. Es ist mitten in Livorno. Leider gibt es in Livorno nichts zu sehen. Wir mussten nur leider eine Nacht verweilen, da unsere Fähre nach Sardinien sehr früh fuhr.

Negativpunkte gibt es einige! Zum einen ist das Hotel viel zu teuer und wir fragten uns, wie es möglich ist, dass es 3Sterne haben kann. Die Rezeption ist 24Stunden besetzt (wenn man diese Rumpelkammer Rezeption nennen kann) und der zuständige Mitarbeiter fühlt sich aber eher gestört als hilfsbereit zu sein. Die Zimmer sind klein und altbacken. Die Nasszelle hatte keine Tür, so dass man beim Duschen das ganze Bad geflutet hat. Das Frühstück war für deutsche Verhältnisse eine Katastrophe und sogar für Italiener wohl eher eine Zumutung. Der Kaffee schmeckte bitter, die Butter war ranzig, das Croissant von gestern und mehr gab es im Grunde genommen nicht. Livorno hat auch wirklich nichts schönes an sich.

Die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut.

In der Beschreibung ist leider nicht vermerkt, dass sich direkt neben dem Hotel eine Bar befindet. Bei schönem Wetter sehr laut durch feiernde Gäste vor der Tür bis ca. 02.00 Uhr. Nachts ab 04.00 begannen Aufbauarbeiten des Wochenmarktes ( von Fr. Auf Sa. ) direkt neben dem Hotel - ebenfalls sehr lärmintensiv. Zimmerausstattung eher spartanisch und lieblos, Frühstücksbufett sehr mager. Eindeutig zu hoch bewertet und zu teuer für diesen Preis.

La ubicación, está en el centro de Livorno y el personal de día del hotel es muy amable.

Las escaleras para subir a la habitación, si te toca en el segundo piso son bastante estrechas y la luz sobre todo al subir no se enciende hasta que estás arriba, hay que tener cuidado.
