H τοποθεσία του δίπλα στο σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό δίπλα σε κεντρικό δρόμο η πολύ μικρή απόσταση από όλα τα αξιοθέατα της πόλης η διακόσμησή του το υπέροχο πρωινό του η ευγένεια του προσωπικού ήταν υπέροχο σε όλα.

Όμορφο ξενοδοχείο (ξεγελάει η εξωτερική όψη του), καθαρό, πολύ καλό πρωϊνό. Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό. Η τοποθεσία καλή με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα, πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό του τρένου, στην υπαίθρια αγορά και στο ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης (παντού πας με τα πόδια). Καλό φαγητό σε πολλές τρατορίες γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Η τοποθεσια και η ανετοι χωροι των δωματιων

Proximity to train station and major attractions. We had booked several tours and all pickup points are within short walking distances from the hotel. Central market and good eating joints are also nearby. The front office staff especially the lady was very helpful and friendly.

A few but for the price we paid, cannot complain.

Hotel was very well located near to the main train station and for access to the sites in Florence. Hotel inside is much much better than it appears from the street it's in. Staff were excellent as was the room,decor, cleanliness and breakfast was superb.

Plumbing of sorts - only in that for some rooms their configuration means next door's bathroom will back on to your room and the sound of the shower is fairly obvious. Small problem though.

This was an excellent place to stay in Florence. It was clean, comfortable, the staff was efficient and friendly, and it was within walking distance of most of the major sights in the city.

From the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen well. A very warm welcome awaited us & the rooms were beautifully decorated with excellent bathroom facilities. Breakfast was superb - a really good selection to choose from & lots of fresh fruit. I would expect this hotel to have a higher rating - it really was top quality all round. 6 ladies travelling together were well pleased!!

Not a single thing

Friendly and efficient staff, comfortable and clean room, excellent location. It has a good 'feel' about it and our experience confirms that. This would be our first choice for any future visit to Florence.

Does not look like much from the outside but is pleasant little hotel close to train station and tourist sites. Staff pleasant and helpful (speak English). Room exceeded expectations - top floor (#41) more like a suite with bedroom and small sitting room (clerk reported not all are like this). Breakfast with good choices and real capuccino (not from push-button machine). Although no hotel restaurant, directly across the street. there is a small, family run, simple but good food at very reasonable price.
