hotel staff couldnot be more helpfull,found train times and did a printout for us.Breakfast was excellent infact I couldnot find fault with anything .It is near all the main sites and station.I would stay again |

The hotel staff was very friendly and didn't ask for your roomnumber, they just knew. Breakfast was very good (lot of choice and also a large selection of fresh fruit) and the service was excellent. Only negative thing was the shower curtain. Though it was logical because shower and bath were combined. |

Great location. Close to the train station and the sights. One of the best hotel breakfasts I had in Europe. We had a large top floor room that was very quiet. The bathroom had an unusual smell when we checked in. I don't know if it was the cleaner they used, but it left after we came back to the room later that night. Also, we had some problems with the a/c, but I don't know if it was our fault for not knowing how to work the unit. |

Superb family run small hotel only a short walk from Rail & Bus Stations and Florence's main attractions e.g Duomo. Quality breakfast and staff attitude not to be found in hotel chains. Don't be put off by scruffy street. |

The personal was very polite and pleasant. The neighbourhood was quiet but close to the railway station and the historic centre. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. |

The proximity to the train station was key, and the location is as any to base your walking tour of historic Florence. Breakfast was just right, and the accomodations were excellent (we booked the family room that had a separate chamber with 2 twin beds for the children) and what we expected for the price. Leaving our bags after check-out was easy, and they had a W.C. |

Location of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast is honest and staff is very kind and helpful. Everynight there was a terrible chemical smell in the hall and room. Maybe a cleaning product. It was so strong it gave headaches. |

Very close proximity to the Train station. Was very easy to find and was clearly signed. Check In was very easy and all staff on the front desk were helpful and very friendly. Our room for 3 was very nicely decorated in an older style Italian room. The single bed was also separated from the main room which was good for some privacy. Some roadworks going on outside so was noisy during the day while the works were going on. |

We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a stay in Florence. Our room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The hotel staff were consistently polite, welcoming and helpful and could not have done more for us. In addition, there was an excellent choice of food for breakfast and the service was highly efficient. |

The situation : near the station and not far from the center of the city. Although at night the street was quite andnot very noisy for a town. The service was excellent : the staff helped you where they could. The breakfast was excellent : an excellent buffet with a great variety from corn flakes to croissants to warm bread, eggs, fresh fruit... |
