All personal var hela tiden mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. En av våra resväskor försvann under flygresan. Personalen såg till att vi snabbt fick information om vad som hänt och såg till att resväskan snabbt levererades till oss på rummet. Utmärkt frukost, lugnt läge fritt från störande trafik. Perfekt läge för transport till och från flygplatsen, liksom till alla sevärdheter. Toppenhotell! |

Utmärkt läge.Fräscht badrum.Fint rum.Bra frukost. Fick låna laptop utan kostnad med fri internetuppkoppling . Lite hård säng,men gick att lösa med att bädda ner extrafilt som bäddmadrass. |

Vi överraskades av detta hotell, rummet var mycket finare än vi trott! Det var väldigt mysigt, fint och rent. Bra service av trevlig personal. Utmärkt läge nära centralstationen. God frukostbuffé med mycket att välja mellan. Rekommenderas! |

Ett trevligt och välskött hotell. Rent och snyggt, trevlig personal. Stor frukostbuffe, fräscht och gott, (riktigt kaffe). Bra läge, nära stationen, trevliga kvarter med många restauranger alldeles vid marknaden. |

Trevlig personal, god service, utmärkt morgonmål, rent, hemtrevligt mycket bra läge mitt i allt. Dålig dusch, vattnet däremot ok både varmt och kallt. |

Proximity to train station and major attractions. We had booked several tours and all pickup points are within short walking distances from the hotel. Central market and good eating joints are also nearby. The front office staff especially the lady was very helpful and friendly. A few but for the price we paid, cannot complain. |

I loved staying at Hotel City..it was charming and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful to us. It is very quiet and it is near the station, as well as many of the sites that we wanted to see. |

Hotel was very well located near to the main train station and for access to the sites in Florence. Hotel inside is much much better than it appears from the street it's in. Staff were excellent as was the room,decor, cleanliness and breakfast was superb. Plumbing of sorts - only in that for some rooms their configuration means next door's bathroom will back on to your room and the sound of the shower is fairly obvious. Small problem though. |

The staff is very kind. The location of the hotel is very good, at most 5 minutes from the central train station and quite close to duomo. |

This was an excellent place to stay in Florence. It was clean, comfortable, the staff was efficient and friendly, and it was within walking distance of most of the major sights in the city. |

The hotel was clean and the receptionist very helpful. Internet at the hotel. Noise outside and breakfast, not enough variety. Needed toast, fried bacon, baked beans and tea not hot enough for 3 mornings during my stay at the hotel. |

Hotel City was just as shown by photographs on website. It was pleasantly quiet and we enjoyed the large array of fruit, cold meats, different rolls and sweet pastries. The cappuchino was great. All of the front desk staff were particularly helpful and it was convenient to be given a laptop to use in the room when needed and its free. The location is ideal with a five minute walk to the Termini and Duomo. We would definitely recommend to friends. One thing we did find odd was that the shower faucet was on the side of the tub, rather than at the end of the tub. |

From the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen well. A very warm welcome awaited us & the rooms were beautifully decorated with excellent bathroom facilities. Breakfast was superb - a really good selection to choose from & lots of fresh fruit. I would expect this hotel to have a higher rating - it really was top quality all round. 6 ladies travelling together were well pleased!! Not a single thing |

We had a family room (for three people) which was very bright and spacious. The desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast service was very good. Would be nice to have a cooked breakfast option as well. |
