Hotel City  

房间比较整洁，中规中矩，没有太多的意外。

中规中矩的三星级酒店，没有太多特色，如果是出国旅游可以有更多的选择。

离火车站近，方便出行，但坐落于一条不起眼的小路上，第一次找有点困难，还是问了路人才顺利找到。房间小巧- ，但也不错。自助早餐的品种不是很丰富，但能饱。

酒店位置很好，离火车站步行10分钟以内。佛罗伦萨城市很小，所以从这个酒店去任何一个景点基本都是步行半- 小时以内，很方便。酒店房间挺大，住起来比较舒适。

位置真的是很方便，离火车站、景点都很近。条件很普通，但还算干净，早餐真的不错，品种挺多的，特别是水果- ，最喜欢他家的水果塔，很好吃，不甜，水果新鲜，奶油也不腻。

房间很宽敞，酒店离火车站和市中心主要酒店均很近，步行即可到达

床单要勤换洗。

The gentleman(whose name I didn't remember) at the front desk was very charming and helpful. The location was very good for walking to all the sights and there were several reasonably priced trattorias around the corner. Also there were double windows so noise was not a problem. The bath was nice and bright and the beds were comfortable(on the hard side), the pillows not so comfortable. This is a typical European city hotel and it's different from what one expects in an American hotel. You leave your key at the desk when you go out.

The room was quite small and we had to move aside to let each other get into the bath. The lounge on the first floor was quite dark and uninviting. Only 1 English speaking tv channel (a version of cnn) which kept repeating the same shows, but you're not in Florence to watch tv anyway.

The staff at Hotel City were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless, and had a lovely courtyard with plants outside our window. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh breads, juices, meats, and a variety of cheeses, cereals, and much more.

The location was fantastic: shopping, food, atmosphere, great morning breakfast and good shower situation!

Don't care for the old European tradition of leaving your room key at the front desk when you go out of the hotel. No problems with safety or security though.

The hotel staff went out of their way to help us. The owner (also the guy at the front desk), was so accomodating. We were leaving early in the morning and he packed us our breakfast to go for the train.We also were upgraded to a suite and it was huge with two tv'S. The bathroom was so nice. It was probably the best room for the price we paid. Best value for money!
