very good position, 5-minute walk from railway station and subway. Landlord and her daughter is really kind and patient to introduce us the transport and nice restaurant. If you have any questions about Rome, they will answer you kindly. Nice breakfast, clean room and comfortable big bed. It really a good experience.
take the double room called New York -great!
We’v just returned from the b & b. It was an amazing stay. It is well located, just 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum. The service was very helpful. They told us about the attractions of Rome, recommended best restaurant and cafes. The room was very nice with a huge, comfortable bed and it was cleaned every day. I would recommend you to choose the b&b, you won't regret this!
The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was very helpful and kind.also the area is near to almost everything(metro station, bus station, points of interest, restaurants and etc)And the most important they didn't cancel my reservation despite the fact I had some paying troubles!
The neighbourhood is not the safest...little spooky after 21:00 !!and the rooms are not soundproofed enough although thats ok with me.
Perfect location, near Termini station and metro station! Nice breakfast, excellent service, kind and helpful owners and extra clean room!!
I was very impressed by the good service provided by the staff Jeniffer who is very helpful. And the hotel boss is also nice.
Great location, very clean
Extremely rude staff
Fantastic location, great breakfast - much better than the typical Italian. The room was comfortable and clean. The entire hotel is nicely decorated and cozy. Very friendly staff.
Everything was perfect.
Great location . Close to station n metro. Close to places to visit. Great staff n landlord. Very nice they are. I love my blue bedroom n bathroom. Cute blue.
Great place... like other reviews state, it does look at little sketchy from the outside (we pulled up and a homeless man was sleeping in front of the door) but the inside is just as described- typical European set up with a small shower. The area ISN'T a tourists spot- you can get a cappuccino for 1 Euro across the street instead of 5 by the tourists area. Jen and Julia were fabulous and took great care of us! Gave us recommendations on good italian food, ways around Rome, etc. Couldn't have asked for a better stay in Rome.
The bed was hard, but we were still able to sleep just fine.
Lovely mother and daughter who run the b&b. So welcoming... a home away from home. Very nicely done and super clean.
Staff were amazing and location was just sooo convenient
It is a good hotel for this money. Good location (100 m to metro, close to Colosseum), good breakfast by Italian standards, spacious room.
Wifi did not work in the room, only in the kitchen. No English-speaking channels on TV.
It was in Rome for one night so this hotel was in the perfect location to get around most of the sites walking. Breakfast was perfect and room was very clean.
Hotel was quit hard to find, very close to the train station but there is no sign on the building. You need to look for the street number on the side of the walls, and then buzz in to the building and the owner will let you in (several other properties in the same building.)
Only stayed here one night but it was fairly easy to find, took me about 10 minutes to walk here from the terminal train station and the girl who greeted me was lovely. The room was clean and comfy, breakfast was fantastic, the best I had while I was staying in Italy. Close to walk into the centre of Rome, maybe under half hour from Colosseum. Highly recommend.
Nothing, everything was great!
The owners were so helpful evwn bwfore we got there and had left a lovely little bottle of wine as we were on our honeymoon and location were great, 10 mins from Collesso.
Does need a bit of a spring clean
Awesome family and staff Really great breakfast and service Comfortable bed and bathroom Everythings !
Very cosy and nice place to stay in Rome. Good location and at the same time quiet place to get good sleep. Friendly staff and good restaurants recommendations.
The bathroom for the single room and no locked place to leave the baggage.
The staff was incredibly nice and the room was very clean and cozy. The hotel is right by Termini Station so very convenient for taking the subway or train to the airport.
There was a strange noise every morning that woke us up, plus the kitchen was next to our room so we could hear the staff and other guests talking every morning since very early. Unfortunately, this negatively affected our stay since we weren't able to rest much.
Room, staff, location is as it should be on every hotel. You get more for what you pay.
It was perfect
Location is great. Room is clean.
Shower room is a bit small for room new York.
Good location, friendly personal, kitchen available
No heating in may, was freezing in nights
the location was very central close to undergound sation and to colosseum, very clean and very polite the staff
the breakfast was just good
The room and staff there are really nice and friendly. The location is very convenient as well. strongly recommended!
