Rooms were amazing, staff was great and their breakfasts were superb. Too far from city and nothing to do in the area. Near airport. |

Modern, new hotel with large rooms, airco and all other comfort, sufficient parking space, good breakfast buffet. Price is good. Difficult to find: location in the middle of nowhere. Receptionist/ staff clearly new to this new hotel as well. You really have to go to Parma Centre by car. |

We were very impressed with the friendliness and professional manner of the staff who were able to assist with local recommendations etc. The location was easy to find and close to some good quality restaurants etc |

We liked the design of the hotel and the garden. We have also appreciated the free and secure parking. It's a good place for a night or two. They should have a swiming pool in the garden or a jacuzzi, The hotel is hard to find, a gps is a must. Eat somewhere else, they do not have much to offer in that regard. They gave us (extra costs) a code for wifi but it did not work. The tv also did not work, but we did not care about. Maybe it can be fixed. |

very beautiful, stylish and well refurbished hotel. free supervised parking. quiet location. hotel personnel could be more helpful. breakfast should be better in all aspects (quality, variety, service). bathroom ventilation system doesnt work properly and all moisture gets back in the room. |

Nice-looking, modern rooms in a renovated barn- very interesting. This did not appear to be a 4 start hotel service-wise, in the reception and in the kitchen. Better to be right in Parma center. |

hotel design is very particular from the outside as well as the inside. bedroom and shower are very confortable. this is not far from highway and it seems most of clients were businessmen or reps. the location is not easy to find even with a navigation system because it is somewhere isolated in the fields. Moreover, the number of the street displayed in the website (27 A) was wrong ; the right one is 55. |

Breakfasts, cleanliness of rooms, friendly staff, complementary wi-fi I would definitely advise against taking dinner in the hotel. The menu was poor and the attitude of the chef/waiter was bordering on arrogance. The hotel is also a long way out from the centre of Parma. Unless you have a car do not consider staying here. |

Clean, modern hotel. Close to the high-way and the city centre. Excellent parking facilities. Ideal hotel when you visit Parma and surroundings by car. No bath in standard room. But, good shower. |

Very nice new hotel, big modern room nicely decorated, very good standard for price paid. Ask the price for the buffe before you take it, they charged €30 for a simple buffe with mineral water. |

Very modern and comfortable hotel for me, I advise to choose it. If You don't have your car - could be problem to be in Parma city center, with the car hotel is fantastic !! :) |
