Everything was as expected, but the SKY tv connection that was substituted with a terrestrial buquet of Italian Channels (primarily). Since then I have stayed again at the Hotel and have been offered once again a SKY room ..Excellent.. All good as long as weekend rate was enacted |

la disponibilità del personale la camere deluxe proposta non era disponibile in quanto ne esiste solo una, quindi avrei scelto un altra sistemazione o altro hotel. Nonostante il personale sia stato disponibile a farci vedere tutte le altre stanze, avrei gradito che almeno ci offrissero la colazione in camera, solo per scusarsi del disguido (servizio colazione 3.80 euro). Raccomanderei l'hotel ma ad un prezzo leggermente piu basso. |

soprattutto la disponibilità del personale e l'ottima colazione a buffet. anche le camere sono molto spaziose e pulitissime la posizione non proprio centrale.. pensavo fosse più vicino a piazza castello e magari per chi non è amante delle camminate, non è adatto |

la vicinanza al centro, l'apertura della reception 24 ore, la possibilità di parcheggiare spendendo 13 euro al giorno (gli altri hotel della stessa categoria erano molto molto più cari), la colazione Si vede che è un "ex" hotel di lusso: avrebbe bisogno decisamente di essere riammodernato. |

Il servizio dello staff e la cortesia dimostrata è veramente eccellente. Ottima la colazione, (finalmente ho trovato i cornetti farciti!!!). La posizione è ottima e in generale è un bell'hotel di design. In camera, a richiesta, è possibile avere dallo spazzolino alla crema lucidante per le scarpe, c'è una lunga lista di accessori disponibili. L'hotel ha qualche anno e si vede, ma il prezzo pagato giustifica tutto. La tv in un hotel a 4 stelle potrebbe anche essere più moderna. Consiglierei un pochino di manutenzione in più alle finestre, ci sono spifferi, non danno fastidio, ma fanno sprecare molta energia!. |

Cortesia dello staff, pulizia, comfort del letto, ottima colazione, posizione hotel ottimale per visitare la città il colore di un grigio tetro nei serramenti e nel mobile dell'anticamera, la scarsa illuminazione dell'anticamera e del bagno, mancanza del portasapone, scarico della vasca da bagno lentissimo. Nel mio precedente soggiorno la sistemazione logistica era stata di ben altro tenore e qualità e ne ero rimasto soddisfatto, questa volta sono rimasto deluso perchè non era certo da 4 stelle. |

Le design suite à sa réfection est approprié. La taille généreuse des chambres. Parking sous terrain interessant. Le très bon accueil des 3 personnes qui ont tout fait pour bien nous renseigner, avec chaleur et en français ! Les jus de fruit "chimiques" du petit déjeuner ... au lieu de naturels. |
