When you arrive in the afternoon and have to depart early next morning, i.e. before 7:30, it's impossible to have your clothes ironed in the hotel. Breakfast is quite ascetic, and frankly speaking I don't quite understand 4* rating. The hotel came pretty close to the requirement of some re-decoration.

The noise pf the heating

We booked a room for 3 people, as we were travelling with a child and the room was big, with a separate space for the 3rd bed. Everything was very clean, breakfast was ok. Parking of the hotel is also good, with direct access to the hotel via elevator, costs 10 eur per night though. The only thing that we did not like was the matrace - extreamly soft and not really comfortable. This was unusual for a 4**** Italian hotel.

The hotel is in a strategic postition, the railway stations (fnm and fs) and the city center can be reach on foot in 5-10 minutes, so you can also easy access to many resturants and bar for dinner and lunch. Breakfast was included and very good, with international menu from cheese and bacon to cake and yogurt! The room is comfortable, just a little bit noisy during hours of heavy traffic in the streets around the hotel. However no problem to sleep during night and early morining. The staff is very kind, proffessional and smiling! Internet connection free is very usful and esay to use.

The room is little bit noisy during rush hour for horns, cars, buses , trucks etc. However during night no problem, so no problem for sleeping. The tv didn't work and the light some times switch off withiout reason, however I spent a little time in the room and so I don't report this to the reception. I'm sure if I had done, they solved the problem thanks to professional stall works in the hotel.

The Staff was very helpfull and kind at all times. The room was very generous, clean and with a great view.

The breakfast was very good, maybe more dark bread would be nice. A fitness or welness room would complete the hotel.

Otelin tek iyi yanı tren istasyonuna beş dakikalık bir mesafede olması, herkesin otelin ismini bilmesi nedeniyle kolay bulunması ve son derece merkezi olmasıydı. Kahvaltısı tipik bir İtalya otel kahvaltısıydı eksiği vardı fazlası yoktu.

Otel çok eskiydi ve havluları ilk açılış zamanı alınıp sanırım hiç değiştirilmemişti. Gri renkli otel havluları ile yıkanmak mümkün olmadığından kendi havlularımızı götürmüş olduğumuza şükrettik. Değiştirilme talepleri de geri çevrildi sonraki günler gelen havluların da aynı olması bu talebin neden geri çevrildiğinin bir cevabıydı. Resepsiyondaki kızlar İngilizce'den bi haber, yardım severlikten uzak, soğuk tiplerdi. Aldığımız fiyata çok iyi otellerde kalabilecek olduğumuzu görmek kaldığımız süre boyunca içimizi kemirip durdu.

Se encuentra en el centro de Varese. La planta 6 en la que estuve, está todo nuevo. Trato muy amable del personal. Parking cubierto a un precio razonable. La próxima vez repitiré al mismo hotel.

Sehr gute Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Mitten in Varesse. Mailand, Como und Luino in ca 40 Mnuten erreichbar.

Freundlich gutes Frühstück Zimmer sauber.

Besseren Beschreib wie mann in die Parkgarage kommt welche Strasse benützen.
