The room was like a mini apartment with kitchen and living area and quite spacious. There was also a private carpark available. There were a couple of cockroaches in the room. It didn't have air conditioning. The beds were actually the couches converted to beds (so no double beds). |

Very clean and nice hotel right next to an excellent restaurant with reasonable prices. Very kind staff and a great breakfast on a lovely patio. We stayed only one night but were happy with the hotel. |

Stuff was friendly and helpfull. Location is great. It's near metrostation, so it's easy to go Rome center. Aircontitioning was a big plus. Walls are quite thin, so if you get noisy neighbours... We didn't, so we sleeped very well. |

excellennt price/quality ratio. Good localisation, close to metro station. Quite good breakfast, with yogurth, muesli, ham, cheese, sweets although only one croisant and one small roll per person |

Staff were very nice and helpful. Food for breakfast was plentiful, and I always got 2 cappucinos. Location is reasonably convenient, and although not an upscale neighborhood, we felt quite safe. Shower curtain was too short, so water spilled out on the floor. Street noise was noticeable, bit not too bad, considering that we were streetside. |

1. The staff was very courteous and helpful, there were no hidden payments or surprises. You get whatever they promise in their website. 2.It is ideally located, just 3 mins from Metro Numido Quadrado, and 11 mins to Termini station. The neighborhood is not that great and the city guest house looks more like an apartment building from outside. So, do not expect a stunning surrounding. But the rooms are spacious and very clean |

Good location near 2 different metro stations. Staff was good and everyone spoke English. Room was clean and price was quite ok for this hotel. Noise from the outside, breakfast could have little more variation. |

Clean and big room for European standards, nice breakfast included. Most of the staff are nice and speak English The hotel is a bit farther from the metro station than announced, and the street that allows the shortest way is not easy to find. When checking out, we had to pay with our safety money, as their system rejected our 2 credit cards. |

Hotel stuff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us with sightseeing ideas and how to get around the city. Great value for money, as it was about half an hour by metro out of the heart of the city. But it was very easy to get to. Quiet neighbourhood away from the hectic sightseeing areas. Would recommend to anyone travelling on a buget. |

Friendly staff, breakfast was more than we expected. Within 3 minutes walking distance to metro station. Fast access to city centre. Free internet access at the reception for a quick email check. Loved that feature. Very loud, both from outside and inside because of thin walls. Beware of 3rd floor, there is a family living permanently, with kids. They are up early in the morning and run back-and-forth between rooms to get ready, slamming doors, screaming (kids). It is worth asking for a suite on the 5th floor if you value your sleep. |

It was close to the metro. I liked the part of town that it was in. It was out of the way of the tourist area so you could enjoy real italian living and culture. Room was big and bright. The staff was very helpful, and they had free internet service. The room was clean. The bathtub did not have a regular shower head it had a hose thing that you had to hold which was annoying. The bed was ok it had a spring thing sort of like a cot but a little bit better. We were very tired and so it did not matter. |

The staff were very helpful and spoke English. They recommended restraunts, gave directions to the metro, helped us find the reserved parking. We had 2 children with us and they were very accomodating, specifically allowing us to store our double stroller downstairs in the office. It was a little hard to find. It is relatively out of the way but very close to a metro stop so well connected to town. |
