Very good breakfast, close to the Metro station, quiet area, big room, kind and helpfull stuff,very nice restaurant besides the hotel, with fine italian kitchen.

Simple and pleasant place for a fair price and inexpensive, ideal for a city tour since located 5 minutes from the metro station (drive about 15-20 minutes from Termini). Room was very clean and the bathroom included a shower was clean and shiny! Lobby staff was very nice and kind and ready to help WIFI worked well in the room. I highly recommend the hotel

I liked staying away from the hectic central Rome area. The Metro station was just minutes away and easy to walk to so getting into Rome to see the sights was easy. The hotel was not on the main street so it was quieter. The breakfast area on the 5th floor was really nice and there was plenty of variety . They had eggs, toast, croissants, various jams ,cereal, cake plus a coffee machine that made cappuccinos, or regular coffee. The front desk people were so helpful and nice. We needed a taxi to the airport very early in the morning and they arranged to have one there for us. He was very punctual and it was a flat rate of 55 Euros as it was so early.We enjoyed our stay there.

It was great location for getting into city center of Rome by Metro - just a couple of blocks away, but it was more of a quiet neighborhood place. Excellent restaurant connected to hotel - very popular with local folks, moderate prices. We'd go back.

Not much apart from staff that she was really helpful.

We were there at beginning of October and the day temperature was still over 22c during at night time you could possible sleep without air conditioning on if you open the balcony door but you won't be able to sleep as the plane flying above the guesthouse. We were trying to turn the air con. On. But it was not working. We were told by the staff that"the air conditioning turn off from October onward?..and the guess house will turn the heating on soon.? It doesn't make sense to us at all. We were not happy at all. But later on around 10pm.the air conditioning was on! How come? We guessed the customer must complain about the hot in the room therefore they turn it on... Also the room we got. It was not the same with the picture on booking.com..

It was near the metro station with easy access to the city center. The breakfast, the room,good value for money.

The location is quite far (around 2.5-3 hours walk to city center), 10 stops by metro. But metro station is very close to the hotel!!! So if you don't plan to rest a bit in the hotel after a long tired walks in the center and g back then, the location is perfect, otherwise it takes lots of time to go from/to the center. Breakfast is ok, but not the one for a choosy traveler. Room is quite ok. I would like to say big thanks to the reception staff of Guest House, they are very polite and helpful!

Our room was full of dust, that wasn't cleaned during 4 nights we stayed at this hotel! The floor was cleaned only once! Cleaning staff do not say even good morning to you and do not reply sometimes, even if you speak italian! :( Once again - reception staff is perfect!

Only about 5 minutes walk from Numidio Quadrato metro station on the a Line, which is about 15 minutes ride from the main Termini station. A 3 day Rome Pass only available from Tourist Information Offices (there is one at the Termini Station not the Trenitalia Information which does not sell them) enables use of all the Public Transport in Rome and discount entry into museums etc. Reception staff spoke english and were friendly and helpful. Good sized airconditioned room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the internet was free and worked well in our room on the fifth floor. Very hot in Rome during our August stay, so the airconditioning was much appreciated after sightseeing all day. There is an elevator and an excellent breakfast was served on the top floor. Good variety of shops and supermarket in and near Via Tuscolana. The restaurant Accasadi in the same building as the hotel served very good and tasty italian style food with very efficient waiting staff at reasonable prices. The hotel staff were very helpful with tourist advice and arranged a guided tour of the Vatican for us with priority entry to avoid the long queues. The staff also booked a 'shuttle bus' Taxi for us from the hotel directly to Fiumicino Airport, which was the same price as a regular Taxi but with the guarantee of a driver used regularly by the Hotel. Good value accommodation, would definitely stay again.

A bit difficult to find with a google "walking map" which indicated the shortest road only route, but fails to indicate other smaller streets and pathways. The shortest way from Numidio Quadrato metro is to take a footpath which joins Via dei Sulpici and Via dei Laterensi. The footpath is now shown on the google map but at the time of writing, the walking instructions are not giving this option. A slightly longer but much less confusing route is to walk along Via Tuscolana to Via degli Opimiani turn left then cross Via Egerio Levio, the Hotel is then on the corner of next street which is Viale Opita Oppio.

Nice and spacious rooms, good breakfast.

Staff isn't helpful. One of the girls of the night shift seemed to be in a bad mood. She sad that she couldn't arrange a taxi for us, we needed to do that by ourselves. She was always chating on the internet or mobile while we were waiting in front of her. The hotel location is not very good. Bad internet access.

Great, big room with a large balcony. Friendly staff. Very close to the city centre (10 minutes by metro, numidio quadrato). Good breakfast!

The location was good, just 3 min walk to the metro station. Rooms are fine also but the breakfast was poor. Breakfast should be improved!

- area not very friendly - it was about a 30 min metro ride to get into the city centre - the hair dryer looked like a vacumm nozzle - there was not very many good restaurants around the hotel - wifi not very good
