Internet was not working as promissed at Booking.com. Recepcionists didn't show any effort at all in order do solve the problem along 3 days. If you can't garantee internet, do not promise it! Not recomended. Old furniture, two beds together instead of a double bed....small things that made me switch hotel in the middle of the night.... |

The reception was very nice and spoke fluent English. After booking the room, we received an email from the hotel that included a welcome letter and some useful advice before arriving. We found that very friendly and nice! Metro was very near, only 2 minutes walk away. The coffee/hot drink machine on the 4th floor was convenient and didn't cost all that much. The breakfast was nice and satisfying, even it was maybe too sweet. The other staff apart from the reception spoke only Italian. Our room's bathroom wasn't very clean, the shower was even mouldy! The hair dryer was from stone age=)! The floor was broken and not cleaned when the room was cleaned every day. There was no heating in the room and by night it was cold (october/november). The windows were not thick, therefore all the noise was disturbing by night. Earplugs were very useful! The towel's were supposed to be changed every other day, but ours were once changed even every third! The breakfast was mostly sweet and included cakes, biscuits etc. Scandinavian guests would have preferred more salted and healthy food. The glasses and tableware were often broken or not very clean. No fire alarm in the room!!! |

all the staff were very friemdly and there was plently of choice for breakfast. I felt the description implied the hotel was closer to the city than it actually was, however there was a metro link almost right on the door step and then about a 15 - 20 minute ride to the centre of rome and all of its attractions. |

Two people (young girls), helped us to find the best places to visit and it is not far from the metro station (5-10 minutes walking). Nothing more we liked in this hotel and we do not recommend at all. Many things: 1) The vast majority of people were very rude; 2) The Wifi internet was not working; 3) the breakfast was terrible and the girl gave us just one small and hard bread. By the way even a good morning we received. She did her best to don´t look us; 4) When we tried to use the local computer they asked us to leave the computer to other guests once we were using more than 5 minutes, creating a very unconfortable situation. 5) The reception cleaness was just terrible; 6) The bathroon was the smallest that I have seen in the world; bad, really bad. |

Excellent cost-benefit Located near the subway in a residential neighborhood with all facilities close by In the region where is located the hotel will be a fair price for food and services If you do not mind losing twenty minutes longer in the subway this is an excellent choice Difficulty in getting to the hotel by bus from Termini. During my stay the metro stopped working and to reach the hotel by bus was almost a miracle. In this occasion to get a taxi to the hotel was charged at 80 euros, nonsense!! I suggest to the administrators of the hotel post guidance on how to get by bus to the hotel from Termini. The traffic of Rome is chaotic and rent a car is a bad option |

3 minutes to Metro station. Thats all its is. Too basic, not even a rubbish bin or a writing pad or Hotel informations book inside the hotel. Its 10 metro stations away from Colesseum station, you have to change metro station at Termini which is annoying. Its not a direct line to Colosseum. Its ok for budget travellers. WSater is charged at 1 Euro..Breakfast was Ok, continental, coffeee was cheapo. Dont stay at this Hotel!! |

The staff was quite cooperant, the breakfast wasn't as poor as we've expected. It's a little bit far from the center and from the metro; it's kind of difficult to find first time. |

The room was very large and had a huge balcony. There were great restaurants near by and because it is a bit outside the city center, everything is much cheaper. The breakfast is wonderful and overall the hotel is really cute. All of our linens were stained. |

It is situated very close to the subway station...15 minutes going on subway and you reach the city center. Just the breakfast was good but very small...1 tiny roll of bread (in Italy they have extremly small rolls) and 1 croissant per person and forget about extra ones! I have never seen before buffet lunch where staff members ration bread!!! if you prefer cereals you will be ok. The size of the breakfast. |

Price. Free Internet access at reception. We have problems with our air conditioner. Water flew from it on a floor. We asked personal to fix it, they tried to do it twice, but in a several hours the problems occured again. So the last night we spent with puddle on the florr and a conditioner turned off. Breakfast was very poor. So, if you want to spend one or two night in this hotel I can advice it to you, but if you want to stay there for a long time - look for another hotel. |
