The Staff was sooooo helpful and professional! While the hotel lobby and exterior seem to be recently updated the room did not. It has a funny 'old' smell. Could be a simple change. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, centre was very easy to reach by bus (just 15 minutes busride), very clean, good breakfast, parking for free beds were pretty hard |

Modern, purpose-built hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast and a big room, (double room for single use). A bit outside city centre, certainly more that the 800 metres from train station as stated on the web site. However, a bus stop only 50 metres from hotel and 1 euro in the machine on board bus buys a 1 hour ticket. Hotel itself on a side street so no traffic noise. |

The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was great, plus free underground parking. We couldn't figure out how to control the heat. The room was very hot. It was New Years night and very cold outside, but to hot in the room. |

The hotel was spotless! Bar manager was very rude when we tried to have a drink at 10:30pm, He started shouting at us in Italian! Even though a manager (who was very nice) had told us there would be no problem. |

We were very satisfied, the staff was helpful, breakfast was very good; there is parking in basement garage, electronically controlled. It is difficult to find and get to, because of a maze of one-way streets; the key orientation point is the main railwaystation. |

Nice breakfast, nice rooms, nice people, nice overall. A bit out of the way but the centre is only 10 minutes walking and there is also a bus stop in front of the hotel which takes you downtown even faster. |
