Best Western City Hotel  

Great included breakfast. Pleasant staff all round. All too happy to help with any request. Clean and very spacious rooms. First stay at best western hotel and will definitely stay with them again

The hotel is located outside of the city center, nut relatively close to the train station, It is modern and clean, with a good value for money.

I would have preferred a room that is not so close to the street.

After being given a different room the experience improved dramatically. The location was close to the bus stop from where you can travel the city. The room was very clean and neat and the staff were friendly and helpful but not always too knowledgeable about tourist places. The breakfast was also very good for a European hotel. Overall the hotel was very good.

Do not try to walk to the hotel from the train station with luggage!! It's too far. Take train 27 north. Oh btw it won't help asking the bus drivers where to climb off. They will ignore you. Look out for the hotel sign to the right. The first room we were given was cramped and extremely hot as the airconditioning did not work. There were also only one towel in the room. The bathroom was bigger than the actual room? The window would not open either. After inquiring about a solution we were given another room on the same floor (thank you for thinking a bit further there) The room was brilliant and we enjoyed it very much.

The breakfast was amazingly good, good atmosphere, the style of the rooms and of the entire building was great.

It was a bit too far from the city center. We asked for a room for 3 and had a room for 2 with an added bed and only 2 towels.

It was not that easy to get to the cosmetic show

The staff were excellent, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were also excellent, very clean. Enjoyed by all our party of 12. Would definitely recommend. Location was a little bit out but the centre of town was easily accessible by bus or a 30 minute walk.

Liked everything. The only criticism would be that the bar had limited stock but even this added to the atmosphere of the hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The parking was in the hotel and traffic was easy. Close to the town and the railway station. The area quite silent and a very good and not expensive resturant is close to the hotel - Le Rose. A szobák tiszták és kényelmesek voltak. A parkolás helyben volt és a közlekedés könnyen megoldható innen. Közel volt a belváros és a vasút állomás. A környék elég csendes és egy nagyon jó de nem drága étterem van a közelben - Le Rose.

The breakfast was limited various and not so many fruits. The aircondition in the room needs to be checked before stay in the room - if working and silent. A reggeli nem túl változatos, kevés gyümölcs jellemzi. A légkondit érdemes ellenőrizni mielőtt a szobát birtokba vesszük - működik e és csendes E.

Close to railway station (good starting point to visit Modena, Ravenna, Ferrara etc.), about 20 minutes walk to city center, helpfull staff, very comfortable and clean room.

The staff was very friendly. Repair works were going on in the hotel, but there was neither noise, nor dust. The breakfast was quite satisfactory. Apart from traditional pastry and croissants, there were various types of cheese and ham. The room was spacious, with operable windows. The bathroom was clean. There was intimate soap and special linen to wipe with after washing on the bidet.
