Dating back to 1875, Bettoja Hotel Massimo d'Azeglio is an elegant building 300 ft from Roma Termini Train Station. The Colosseum is a 15-minute walk down the road on Via Cavour.
Score from 895 reviews Very good
Be My Guest is located in the centre of Rome, on one of its main shopping streets, and less than 200 metres from San Giovanni Metro Station. It offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms.
Score from 190 reviews Wonderful
Featuring a pretty roof terrace, a large breakfast buffet and air-conditioned rooms, the Novecento is a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum in a quiet residential area, 325 ft from Manzoni Metro...

i really enjoy my trip ,the place was very nice ,and the people are very polite and reliable .i suggest to visit rome and go to this bed and breakfast because is not expensive and you'll feel like at home
Comfortable, no sound , clean, good breakfast, good worker and boss....
Reception is located in another building..first you must go to reception to get your key from 250 meters away...
7 min. walk from the Termini station, great Wi-Fi signal, good facilities in the room, the host was very nice and helpful, private kitchen shared with other room,
The reception was not in the same street as the room, There were renovations on the street and it was noisy, The breakfast was poor
It was close to the train station.
We didn't realize that this B&B was probably a converted apartment in a building with no visible signage. Once we walked in to the main room, the rooms are all surrounding this one room so it's very easy to hear anything going on at the front desk (which is just a small desk in this one main room).
we stayed here for 3 nights. we really enjoyed our stay for the cost. great location, always clean and wonderful and friendly staff. definitely would stay here next time im in rome and highly suggest it.
Nice location and staff is very friendly, though difficult to find unless you call them.
Cannot call it a breakfast included as it it not sufficient and the beds are not very comfortable. Though nice value for money.
A great place to stay in Rome, walking distance from railway station with good footpaths to wheel suitcase. Lovely host.
Mila was very helpful and greeted me on a very hot day by offering me a cold drink. My apartment (the New York room) was in another building down the street, not much to look at outside, but modern and clean on the inside, with all the necessary amenities, and plenty of space (a regular hotel room won't give you a separate lounge room). Walking distance to just about everything you'll want to see in Rome. Relatively quiet area despite being so close to Termini. Double glazed windows effectively blocked out the sound from the courtyard window. Wifi connection was excellent and never let me down.
Nothing to dislike.
The owners, good location close to Termini station. Big room and very clean. Good breakfast.
We arrived and did not find the owners because they went to lunch. A little bit disappointed. The location is good, however the neighborhood is not very nice during the night.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the room was big and comfortable. Very homely feeling. Close to the main train station in Rome.
very friendly staff and clean and tastefully decorated room
we were located in another building than the original location. the room was nice, but the building was rather run down.
Friendly and helpful staff
No privacy, rooms right by reception, varied breakfast but of not very good quality
I recommend CityLife Rome. Very kind staff. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Perfect location.
the location is very good. it is very near to the rail station, bus station and subway. the room is big and very clean. the people is nice, and she will be glad to help you.
the price is not cheap.
Close to the train station
1. no prominent signage of the B&B and apartment is blocked by street stalls during the day 2. Breakfast was served in the room without table and chair 3. A baby cockroach was found in the toilet 4. Was told to pay cash upon arrival as the machine was down but finally paid by credit card
Staff were excellent. We had the New York room and it was great. Location close to station and some of the sights of Rome. Breakfast was good.
Problem with the hot water for showers. Needs to be sorted out.
The rooms are clean. The host (male) is good but he can't speak English. Near Roma termini.
The first and second nights, the hostess bring u the other building which has no wifi and the hot water did not work, so we have to use cold water for 2 days.!!! The hostess was rude to us. So the last 2 night we moved to the building that has wifi but the breakfast was limited and the worst thing that week has flea market on the front street, that very noisy so I can't sleep all night.
The location was good as well as the apartment itself. The people were polite and helpful.
Water pressure in the shower was not good but apparently it is normal in Rome. No WiFi but owner clarified that they have applied already but it takes long to get it. The breakfast was not so nice and just ok to start the day.
Very clean and comfortable. Also gives private to the family
Small reception which makes it impossible for you to go to the bathroom or seat while waiting for transportation to another city. No wifi on the other building. Heater does not work.
the location is just fine, but the internet sucks ,hardly connected. and room was not so beautiful as it shows.
the internet sucks and the shower room is tooooo small
When we arrived at the hotel they served us with cappuccino and some pastry, which was very nice and unexpected, and we received directions for the most important sights. They are commited to make you feel confortable and it's the kind of place were you would return.
The breakfast was quite sweet and could be improved, but it was enough to start the day.
Termini station is within a five minutes walk from the hotel. Wi-Fi signals are strong. Our room was clean.
The hotel is quite small. They have only four rooms.
great location, although a bit tricky to find. Strong WiFi, decent breakfast served into the room, very cute rooms, home atmosphere
There is no sign from the street, tricky to find the hotel.
Rua, má para quem vai sozinho
Just few hundred meters from Roma Termini. Room is clean and quite ( We Staff is very helpful. She told us many good information about how to use public transport to main attraction sites in Rome. Breakfast also good.
It's a bit difficult to find hotel. Hotel sign is small label located at the bell button beside the door. Ring the bell and staff will open the door for you
