Disponibilità e cortesia. Non sarebbe male avere un ristorante interno, anche perché quello al piano -1 che è esterno non ha lavorato per tutta la settimana, costringendoti ad uscire per fortuna con tempo clemente.

Di hotel Claila innanzitutto colpisce l'ambiente raffinato e curato nei dettagli. Altro aspetto piacevole è il sorriso e la spontaneità del personale,la disponibilità,da non dare scontata,soprattutto in un hotel 4 stelle. In particolare vorrei evidenziare l'attenzione del personale alle necessità dei diversi clienti. Grazie ai loro consigli abbiamo visitato luoghi tipici,mangiato benissimo e trascorso una vacanza rilassante.Infine vorrei dare un 10 al buffet della colazione,tortine fatte in casa e presentate in monoporzione,che,igienicamente parlando,è la scelta migliore. Consiglio hotel Claila a chiunque,dalle famiglie ai giovani.

La cura dei dettagli in tutto, dalla colazione preparata con cura e amore , il calore dei proprietari, la voglia di accogliere, senza estraneità ma con fresca curiosità, rimanendo nel rispetto assoluto ! Se l' hotel claila non fosse sulla nazionale non sarebbe super, ma stra- super,ma questo non è una loro responsabilità...e poi d'altro canto,è il valore aggiunto dato dalla storia del palazzo...

La vicinanza al mare La posizione è davvero infelice: incastrato tra la statale, rumorosissima, e la ferrovia, ove passano treni veloci ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte.

L'hotel Claila si trova a pochi passi dal mare di Francavilla, raggiungibile anche con la stazione ferroviaria .SEbbene l'hotel si trovi a ridosso della stazione non abbiamo sentito il rumore del treno di notte.Il palazzetto dell'hotel è un palazzetto d'epoca finemente ristrutturato, le stanze sono ampie e pulite e la colazione è abbondante e raffinata.
