Good location next to the Roma Termini. Nice and clean rooms. Close to good restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No common area, no place to sit and relax. Breakfast was ok but not good, everything had sugar in it. This is a bed and breakfast but you could only eat in you room. If your are looking for a hotel, this is not it, if you are looking for a B&B, this will satisfy your need.

This is a pretty basic accomodation but well kept and the service is really personal and good. The staff was really helpful and everything was very clean and tidy for the whole time we stayed there (4 nights). It conveniently located close to the Termini station. Really recommend this for those on a budget that would like to use their money for other than accomodation.

Staff were lovely, very helpful. Location was perfect. Rooms were immaculate.

Could not say did not like but fresh croissants instead of packet ones would have made our breakfast excellent as opposed to average

Fast Internet. It was quiet in the room though the hotel is very close to the Termini station.

We didn't like almost everything in the "hotel". First of all, it's not a hotel at all, it does not have even a receptionist, so one has to go to a nearby B&B for any assistance. Almost everything in the room was broken: a chair, a shower, a power socket, etc. Though breakfast is offered, in fact it's just a stale croissant even without jam.

The location was amazing as it was within walking distance of all the main attractions. It was also very clean and comfortable.

There was nothing I didn't like. It was perfect for what we needed and that was a base in the most beautiful city.

We had a pretty spacious room + separate bed for child on the ground floor. The lady at reception named Analisa was extremely helpful and cooperative. The breakfast was pretty decent and it is complete value for money given its location bang opposite train station and makes very convenient to plan sight-seeing or going around Rome.

Though it was more like an apartment with multiple rooms it was great! It was quiet, comfortable and clean. Arianna was a pleasure to deal with and was extremely friendly and helpful. She really made you feel welcome. The location is extremely close to Termini station which makes it extremely easy to take the metro, trains, buses and city bus tours.

It really isn't a bad thing and kind of expected but the breakfast is pretty basic, croissant, biscuits and jam/nutella with juice and coffee served to your room each morning. They will give it to you the night before if you rather sleep in like we did!!

Location is good - right next to Termini station. About 10-15 minutes walk to Colosseum. To other sites as Piazza Navona, Vatican, Pantheon - it is certainly quite far away, you have to use bus/metro. Owner Claudio is absolutely nice guy, trying to resolve all issues we had. This is actually not really a hotel, but an apartment or a number of apartments re-arranged as guesthouse in a usual apartment building. Breakfast was basic, but I guess this is a norm for Italy.

Only thing bad was shower door was too small. Could not take a shower.

The only disadvantage is that the rooms are a bit noisy from the traffic.

Отличный отель в соотношении цена/качество. Удобное месторасположение. Добраться пешком до любой достопремечательности в пределах 30 мин. Персонал- только хозяйка и хозяин, неназойливые, по утрам готовят завтрак и убирают. Наличие бесплатного WiFi

Comodissima la posizione vicino a termini proprio in stazione quasi ..la sera non è' il massimo da girare ma con un uomo accanto già si è' un po' più sicuri! Lo staff gentilissimo e divertente!!!!

La camera n.1 a noi assegnata era pulita e confortevole.

Отель на 4 комнаты в жилом доме. Сантехника хорошая. Полотенца меняют каждый день. В целом неплохой отель

При бронировании просила 2 односпальные кровати, перед приездом снова писала им об этом. В итоге так и поселили в номер с одной кроватью (ездила со взрослым сыном). Обещали переставить , но так и не сделали. Но ничего, всё остальное устроило.
