Located on Rome’s main shopping street, Del Corso is 1700 ft from the Spanish Steps and 1150 ft from Piazza Del Popolo. It offers free Wi-Fi and a varied breakfast.

the location was fantastic, main street to all the attractions, we walked everywhere. hotel seemed newly refurbished, very clean and comfortable.
we was very satisfied with our room, very minor, no iron in room, but other than that extremely happy and would recommend.
clean and funky check in and out very good kept luggage for us. did a few extras as asked no problems breakfast was nice all in all lovely hotel highly recommend
scary lift haha
Most importantly the location was perfect. Then i will add the cleanliness and service was good too. however, there is room for improvement on....
the breakfast a bit poor for the cost of the hotel room, the communal parts required uregent redecoration including the old lift, very poor wifi. the separate reception very odd for those staying at the annex building...a bit dear for the overall quality.
I liked everything about this hotel. The fact that you were right in the middle of all the shops was fantastic. Our room was fantastic and ample room to move unlike some others we have stayed at. Leah the maid's service was excellent. Couldn't have had any better. Ever so helpful in every way
Great location right in the heart of via del corso. We were able to walk to pretty much all of the sights in Rome. Room itself spotless and good size (we got upgraded to superior with balcony upon checkin).
It really is more of a B&B than a hotel yet at hotel prices. There are no common areas to speak of (no lounge/reception) and the stairway up to the rooms is very run-down. While the staff running breakfast were very hard working it was often tidied away before we got there despite being told it would be open til 10am. Wifi very weak but free. I think if we hadn't had balcony it would have been quite claustrophobic as nowhere to go aside from room.
Central location and staffing
No ' in room' tea and coffee
Location Friendly and willing Staff Cleanness
Slippers provided upon request A/C was shut down centrally without any prior notice and re-operated upon request
The staff were very helpful. The location was excellent.
The reception being located down the road was a little inconvenient. Also the foyer area of the building of Class House was average.
Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable with excellent shower and newly renovated bathroom. Our bed was very comfortable. Our breakfast was simple but fantastic, with one of the best cappuccino's we'd had! We really enjoyed our stay, it was our second time staying in this hotel while visiting Rome and would stay again. Location is central and walking distance to almost everything.
Location is right in the centre of Rome (and most importantly - the shopping district!) and within walking distance to everything in the old city. Rooms are lovely - huge bed, spacious bathroom, plenty of storage. Very quiet thanks to double glazing. Beautiful breakfast each morning. Staff are wonderful.
I asked them to book for me in the bus to the airport and they forget to give me the ticket and they just gave me the booking e mail . And I had to pay for the ticket twice
Huge room, great bed, central location.
A little bit hard to find initially, the street numbering system is unusual (even for Rome!) and the Taxi could not take us all the way because of street closures.
-Less than 5 minute walk from Spagana metro stop -Location can't be beat! Close to any shops and restaurants you could want. - Triple room was spacious (by European standards) extremely clean and nicely updated. - Air conditioning worked extremely well and was a refreshing break from July temperatures. - While we has limited interaction with the staff everyone we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. -Close waking proximity to most major tourist sites in Rome.
- Breakfast offered little to no variety throughout our stay. -Occasional noise from hallways was a little loud. -Hallways had occasional "sewage" odor lingering. Thankfully it did not seem to enter our room. -Only provided with one room key for 3 adults. Proved to be trickey since the front door of building required a key to open. A key was also needed for the lights to function.
Very helpful staff.
Windowless room was claustrophobic and depressing. Only booked one night, thought it meant 'no views' but literally windowless. But the hotel overall is good value.
Excellant location and very helpful staff... Will definately stay there again..
The friendliest reception I have ever had from a hotel. I immediately felt welcomed. The staff was friendly and eager to help in every way. The room was clean and spacious and there was even a special niche to put your luggage... very rare in Europe! Will definitely come back to this hotel next time I am in Rome.
The shower can be a little slippery. A handle on the wall would immediately solve the problem.
Amazing location! Via del Corso is excellent street. Really near the main historical atractions. The room and bathroom are pretty fancy.
The building entrance is really old, as most things in Rome. A new painting would be desirable. The breakfast is just "ok".
Everything was perfecto , friendly staff, the best location , great breakfast. I would highly recommend the Class House x
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about places to see and good places to eat The hotel was very clean and comfortable with all our requirements met and very quiet
Nothing everything was perfect
The room with no window
The location is perfect!
There could be more variety at breakfast.
We stayed in two rooms on different flloors. The location is very central and easy to reach the main attractions. The rooms were very clean and ours had a pretty balcony over Via del Corso.
The breakfast room was too small and its a pity that they only provide plastic cups for juice, There was a very weak wifi connection in the rooms. It would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room.
great location! very nice and modern room design. comfortable stay
the bathroom had little privacy. the breakfast wasn't great but acceptable Watch out for the reception and check in place as it is far away from the actual location of the rooms (in a different building)
The location is good and the too are not bad.
I really don't understand why this is called a hotel. You basically stay at a room in apartment in a regular building that is made up as rental. You have to check in a different hotel and then walk in the street with your bags to the building where the rooms are. Also breakfast is served with minimum items in a tiny area not suited for a four star rated hotel. This place is just not what is in the pictures and should not be called a four star hotel. The should just say a room for rent in a really nice area of Roma. Sorry but these are the facts.
The location, and the room
The main entry and the elevator as well as the stairs
