MH Hotel Piacenza Fiera  

Booked this hotel for overnight stop while travelling towards France. I had two priorities: safe parking and closeness to the highway or easy access. The hotel was very difficult to find even though the gps lead us to it, we coldn't believe there was a hotel there and went on. In the end gps was right: the hotel is hidden in an industrial area, which didn't feel very safe. The whole area was deserted, no a nice part of town. The upside: the hotel itself was good with safe parking and good facilities, comfortable beds. We took a taxi to go in town: 1bout 10 mints / 15 euro each way. All in all apprpriate hotel which is not cheap - I found the price very elevated (especially after seeing th elocation),

Rather complicated location, difficult to find without GPS. A little bit overpriced, brakfast not included in the price.

Well designed and furbished new 4 star hotel in a location which is more appealing for business guests than tourists. But a good value for money out of town location if one traveling by car looks for easy access to highways or quality room for making trips/city visits. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, the only disappointment of our stay was that the restaurant was closed, but 100m away we found a cosy little local bar serving typical italian food.

I coundn't use WI-FI connection from hotel.

Mancanza del ristorante

L'hotel mi ha richiesto un doppio pagamento anticipato: Bonifico e addebito in Carta di Credito (mai accaduto in precedenza) che dovrebbe rimborsare alla ricezione del bonifico. Colazione e servizi carenti per un 4 stelle. Una collega aveva la finestra bloccata, è stato garantito l'intervento di un tecnico ma in tre giorni nessuna notizia dell'intervento.

Grande cortesia e professionalittà al personale

Moquette discretamente sporca. Camera singola con spazi estremamente ridotti. Arredi bagno essenziali e dozzinali. Ristorante carissimo rispetto alla qualità del servizio e del cibo offerti. Non aspettatevi un hotel con le caratteristiche attese per un quattro stelle.
