Clean. Staff hospitality. Quiet. Close to highway. Pillows are thin and hard. Elevator did not work when we arrived. I booked 2 rooms and put remark I want rooms at least on the same floor (booking made 2 months ahead). Before arrival I called hotel and they confirmed me rooms shall be on the same floor. At the end, rooms were on 1st and 3rd floor. Receptionist did not speak english. Breakfest were modest (no eggs, 1 type of cheese).

I love it .first , it does not cost, then , people are so friendly, I really like the food both breakfast and dinner , and dinner is worthy. The bike is really cool, it is only 10minutes to. Ride to city center, good hotel

Friendly and english-speaking staff, great location, just 100-200 meters far from the highway. Good breackfasts. Nice restaurant with high quality food. Shopping center is in 500 meters far from the hotel. Internet connection (Wi-Fi) was very slow...

Sehr schnelle, flexible und Top Angestellte - grosses und sauberes Zimmer und Bad - sehr schön - verkehrsgünstige Lage und kostenloses Parken - schnelles Internet + sehr gutes Restaurant mit top Frühstück - ich hatte einen sehr günstigen Spezialpreis, der jeden Cent wert war. Wenn man ohne eigenes Auto oder Taxi in die Stadt möchte, ist das ein Problem...Klimaanlage schwach und laut.

Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, buono il servizio ristorante. Struttura alberghiera moderna e ben mantenuta, con tv a schermo piatto e pc. Le camere e I corridoi erano piuttosto caldi e privi di aria condizionata fnzionante.

è in una zona circondata dal verde, vi è un parco dove è possibile fare running. Per questo motivo è consigliabile. La colazione è quasi decente, il caffè decisamente da migliorare! La nota dolente è la camera: aveva un cattivo odore di chiuso........ Mi auguro fosse solo la mia, con questo problema! La posizione comoda per la vicinanza al parco.

Parcheggio, accoglienza, ottima colazione, pulizia. Ottima la posizione per chi arriva con l' auto, proprio sulla circonvallazione di Ravenna e con parcheggio fronte hotel. Personale professionale ed accogliente.

Ottimo per chi è alla ricerca di un hotel facile da raggiungere in auto; non vicinissimo al centro storico. Albergo pulito, tranquillo, camere ampie e confortevoli. Staff gentilissimo, hanno anticipato appositamente la colazione per gruppo di atleti con impegno agonistico nel primo mattino.

La struttura è recente , è tranquillo , le camere sono ampie e dotate di servizio internet via cavo , buono anche il servizio wifi nella hall Il ristorante non è più collegato con l'hotel per cui ogni pranzo va pagato al momento

La stanza era confortevole, sia per temperatura che per pulizia Nonostante avessimo prenotato per 3, abbiamo trovato solo 2 asciugamani per la doccia, per il viso e per il bidet. Ovviamente, è bastato scendere a chiederne uno in più.

Pratica posizione per visitare la città e per il collegamento con la superstrada. Ampio parcheggio di fronte all'Hotel. Stanza grande e particolarmente silenziosa lato parcheggio. Buona colazione, servita in una sala spaziosa. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo tenuto conto dell'offerta di cui abbiamo usufruito. [Eng] Practical position to approach the historical center and for connections to the highway. A lot of parking places in front of the hotel. Big room and particularly silent in front of parking lot. Good breakfast, served in a wide room. Very high value for money taking the bargain price we had. Un po' di chiarore mattutino filtra in stanza a causa di mancanza di serrande o tende più spesse. Arredamento stanza forse un po' spartano per un quattro stelle. [Eng] Morning sun light tends to enter the room because of lack of shutters, or thicker curtains. Room furniture perhaps a bit basic for a four star hotel.

La posizione è ottima per visitare I monumenti della città e la prima colazione è ottima ed abondante. L'unica sorpresa negativa è stato il costo per il cane di 12 euro al giorno comunicatomi all'arrivo in hotel
