The hotel is named Claudia Augusta in honour of the ancient Roman road which joined the historic town of Altino with Germany, running right along the land on which the hotel is situated.

Travel information

Entering Italy from Brennero:
- Take motorway A22 in the direction of Verona than take the A4 Milano-Venezia in the direction of Venezia.
- After Venezia-Mestre Toll-House continue in direction of Trieste for 6 km than take the A27 in the direction of Belluno.
- Exit at the first exit to Mogliano Veneto then follow direction Casale sul Sile.
- When you arrive at the roundabout follow directions for Roncade, then about 800 metres after the bridge on the river Sile, take the first turning on the right to the hotel.
- From Mogliano Veneto on the road there are some street signs.

Entering Italy via Tarvisio:
- Take the A23 in the direction of Udine to the end of this road in the direction of Venezia.
- After Venezia Toll-House take first exit Quarto d’Altino then follow direction Casale sul Sile.
- When you arrive at the crossroads with traffic lights follow directions for Roncade.
- Then about 800 metres after the bridge on the river Sile, take the first turning on the right to the hotel.
- From Quarto d’Altino on the road there are some street signs.
