10 min drive to the Roma-est shopping center. Good road connection to rome center. Our room needed renovation. The "palace" denomination is exagerated |

Many of the staff were very helpful, friendly and nice - including the breakfast staff, and particularly the morning staff. Most of them could speak good english. Too far away from Rome. The night staff were atrocious. Lied about their English abilities. One evening left four of us guests stranded without transport options, no knowledge of Italian, or even an idea of where we were, in a bus stop for 3 hours in the night while it was raining. Heating didn't function one night, the shower head had bad leak, disfunctional bathroom ventilator. Not 4 Star Hotel! |

The staff gave us the wrong information about public transport , because of that we have had to be more than 3 hours at a bus stop from 3 am to 6 am, I was sick and couldn't get out on new years day, what a shame, the hotel is not in Rome!! |

It was priced well, had a place to leave our car and was pretty close to public transportation. We got lost coming back on the bus (at night we couldn't recognize our stop) and when I called for help, they hung up on me once and weren't very helpful. We ended up finding our way with our poor Italian by asking locals along the way - but it was late at night, so we didn't feel all that safe. |

The hotel is situated in an area in the middle of nowhere, it is difficult to find and it took us 1 hour and 20 minutes to drive to the city center, due to heavy traffic |

Le confort de l'hôtel est excellent et la nourriture est tout aussi bonne. Avoir internet sans-fil était un atout et quoique très pratique. La localisation de l'hotel. Il est situé en dehors du cercle de Rome. Nous devions prendre le métro (30 Min) et l'autobus ( 30 Min) pour arriver à l'hôtel, la plupart du temps sur les heures achalandées.. très désagréable. De plus, nous avons trouvé que le personnel n'était pas très sympathique et pas trèa accueillant. |
