The staff were really friendly. The location was great (train easily accessable to get to the Cinque Terre). Pool and surroundings were beautiful. Hotel had parking and free internet access in your room.Buffet breakfast was also included. Would definitely stay here again. |

The staff was amazing, and very understanding. The pool was beautiful and the restaurant inside the hotel had some of the best food in Italy. It was also very easy to get to Cinque Terre from here. |

The hotel was efficent and clean. The restaurant was very good and the best part of the hotel. The room could use some paint, but otherwise was good for the value. Also, the town the hotel is located in is very small and quite with little else other than the hotel so plan for that. |

Everything, except dinner problems (but despite this, food in this hotel restaurant was excellent) Dinner problems - if you have no reservation on saturdays evening - this hotel will not give you food at all and you will be supposed to find another place for dinner. So, be smart - if you want to have the dinner in this hotel restaurant - make reservation! ;) |

Acceuil chaleureux, personnel très à l'écoute et prêt à aider, très bonne nouriture,calme. Une petite contrariété cependant, nous n'etions pas avertis qu'il fallait réserver sa table pour diner le soir. |

Warm, spontaan en vriendelijk onthaal. Klanten zijn binnen de kortste tijd gasten en maken deel uit van de grote familie die eigenlijk dit hotel runt en bemant. Maaltijden zijn super, personeel te allen tijde beschikbaar en bereikbaar. Tijdens de 7 dagen, tussen 4 verschillende eerste gerecht en tweede gerecht kunnen kiezen. Meertalig (niet evident in Italië), treintickets, internet etc... super. |

Das Hotelzimmer enthielt sehr viel Stauraum für Kleider, sowie auch für die Koffer. Das Zimmer war mit Blick auf den Swimming-Pool über einen grossen Balkon mit Gartenmöbeln. Die Speisekarte des Restaurants war einmalig und das Essen sehr gut. Wir werden dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen. |

Een prima locatie om de cinqueterre te bezoeken. Dichtbij het station zonder er last van te hebben. Leuk zwembad, aangenaam restaurant met eenvoudig gepresenteerde lekkere keuken, parking aan hotel. In april is er in het dorp weinig of niets open. |

Det trådløse internet virkede ikke, trods det var en af grundene til at vi valgte dette hotel. Morgenmadssituationen var ofte kaotisk. Måtte vente lang tid på kaffe, måtte spørge efter brød og mælk flere gange, inden man fik det. Ved henvendelse til en formentlig ny tjener om toastmaskinens funktion, kunne han bare konstatere, at han heller ikke vidste, hvordan den fungerede. Lav kaffe til alle forventede personer, inden åbningstiden. Få nogle bedre tjenere med et større overblik, så man fx ikke ryder af på 4 borde ad gangen, mens folk venter på et frit bord.Sørg for at de basale ting er på plads inden åbning fx mælk, mere brød. Personalen var härlig och totalt hängiven, både på hotellet och resturangen. Utmärkt mat och bra vinlista. Som hotellgäst fick vi 10% rabatt i resturangen, glad överraskning. Borde vara bättre handikappanpassat. Det finns en ramp men på baksidan och den hittade vi inte förrän sista dagen. Dåligt med plats inomhus för bargäster. Gick ej ansluta till Internet, kanske inte hotellets fel utan möjligen vår dators. De jobbade hårt på att få oss uppkopplade men lyckades ej trots engagerad expert som inte kostade oss något. |

Acceuil en français. Possibilité de parking. Le menu est traduit en français, bien , mais attention la traduction est surprenante quand le plat commandé arrive sur votre table. Demander des explications est plus prudent. Sinon, très bon repas et bon service. |

De private parking. Het zwembad is een zeer groot pluspunt, de ligging van het hotel is mooi. Niettegenstaande het gelegen is in een druk bezocht dorp, is het in het hotel zelf heel rustig. |
