One of the highlights of the luxurious Atlante Star Hotel has to be its rooftop restaurant where you can enjoy spectacular views of St. Peter’s Basilica while you eat.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
My train reservation was messed up and when I informed the owner he was not much help in guiding my to the proper channels of communication with the station.
very responsive and pleasant staff, great breakfasts
few electrical sockets in room
The staff was friendly.
The cleaning was barely acceptable. The walls are really thin, it was disturbing to hear the guy next door snoring.
Room much smaller than expected.
Walking distance to vatican and metro but a good 20 to 30mins.
The beds and pillows need to be replaced. Hard as hell
The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful upgrade.
The overcharging at the bar in the evening!
Very helpful desk staff
Dated rooms and reception. The walls in the room had coffee stains. The mattress was like sleeping on bricks. The bathroom was dirty and had old cracked tiles and dirt build up In the corners of the tub. We could hear every word the Yorkshire guy next door was saying. The room was nothing like the pictures on the website I think the pictures came from another hotel. Disappointed the mini bar costs were so high 4 euros for a bottle of water, 1 euro in the shop across the road for the same bottle. We expected this to be a hotel we would return to however we will be looking elsewhere next time.
Great location for the rugby. Very helpful
Walls a bit thin
Very accommodating staff. Nice public rooms. Good breakfast.
1. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and were very informative. They dealt with any problems quickly and efficiently. 2. We had the Honeymoon Suite and it was brilliant - very big and modern furnishings and bathroom - felt very special. 3. Excellent shower - rain shower 4. Outdoor private hot tub which can be made virtually private 5. large corner balcony with personal sun loungers, hot tub and table. 6. Excellent breakfast - wide range of very good food.
the location is within walking distance (a good but nice stroll) to Vatican City but a 5 -10 min taxi ride away from the other attractions like the Coliseum. But public transport links are available as well.
The reception is good
The facilities is not good
The room was big, even huge for the Italian standards. Breakfast was plentiful, with red salmon and free espressos. 10 minutes walk to the Vatican museums. 15 minutes to St. Peters. Good and safe neighborhood.
It is noisy, noisy, noisy place! It faces busy road roaring 24/7. It is ok if you close all the windows, so it is ok during the summer time when you use air-conditioning.
Very accommodating and helpful staff. The hotel is also clean.
Hotel location is not really the best but find it accessible in terms of traveling to anf from the city.
Quite hotel. Good furnishings
Poor breakfast. A bit off the track
The breakfast was really, really good. It's near to public transportation and it's very quiet.
It's not the best Hotel, but the price is fair.
We had a beautiful terrace private to our room where we had lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the sun.
The room was a bit small.
Location is good - easy access from motorway and int town.
Breakfast was poor, service at breakfast was poor. Beds were quite uncomfortable.
Very friendly and helpful staff, good location next to bus terminus, good breakfast.
Hotel and rooms look old.
Ambience of the hotel
Far from city center and the termini
Front desk staff were great.
Room was a bit noisy
The staff was kind, location was ok
Realy poor breakfast selection, no vegetables at all which is quite soprice cos this is Italy. There is no kettle, tea cups, tee in the room. You cant order hot drinks to the room before 6:00 pm. In the 4 * hotel is unacceptable.
You felt pampered as soon as you entered the lobby. Just beautiful!
There was nothing that we did not like.
The breakfasts were great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient for our purposes. The hotel was comfortable. Free Wi-Fi was great.
The room service meals (except for breakfast) were poor quality and very expensive.
This is a lovely hotel. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is delicious. It's near a bus depot so access to main attractions is quite easy. Walking distance to metro stop too. Some nice restaurants nearby.
Wifi was not great in the room I was in; however, it was great in public areas (and possibly in other rooms.)
