really good hotel not so far from city centre, nice and comfortable rooms, helpful staff
out of city center
quiet location, few step away there is a metro station to get to city centre. room clean and cozy. very friendly staff. great value for money!
nice hotel in a quiet area, comfortable room and good breakfast
location, helpful staff and good breakfast buffet
very nice staff, comfortable room and good breakfast, a very good value for money!
Excellent value for money Good breakfast Close to subway station Good room Parked for free in close to the hotel
Very friendly and helpful staff, good location on a relatively quiet neighbourhood still close to the center and metro stop. Breakfast and wifi were serviceable. Private parking was an excellent option.
Room small but comfortable, good free wifi high speed. Good breakfast selection, with the exception of the pseudo orange juice that deserves a description in the "didn't like" section. Quiet location, not far from metro. There is free car parking in the vicinity. This hotel has flexible room rates so it may happen to find some good deals.
If the room is 4 stars (by Italian standard, that means 3 stars elsewhere), the bathroom was totally disappointing. Too small, few space, no bidet, extra-small shower box. They should erase one star to all these hotels serving that awful lyophilized orange juice for breakfast (unfortunately many in Italy). Overall, a place without personality.
- Location close to Metro station - Nice room and room service - Double bed - Bathroom - Decent breakfast - Free wi-fi in room
- Some technical problems with flushing the toilet, had to quick-fix it myself - Wi-fi is quite poor/slow - Could hear neighboors in their bathroom quite well
Very helpful staff, especially in the reception. Close to the metro.
Air conditioning was difficult to understand or malfunctioning. Breakfast selection could be better.
Nice stay just outside Rome. Room clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
Bedroom very good cleaned everyday and new furniture.
No services for a 4 stars hotel. It is rated only for appearance, but not for quality. There is no service after 11 at night, if you return late and tired after a touristic day you cannot even have a tea or a coffee from the kitchen. The parking is payed and also closes at 11, and is very difficult find a place to park on the streets around. The staff is very unhappy and not welcoming at all.
nice hotel in a quiet location close to Rome centre, staff very helpful and rooms are very cozy, we'll be back next time
The breakfast is nice.
The attitude from frontdesk is not very friendly, when I consult with them, they don't even look at you. The cleaning lady miscalculated the mini bar usage however the front deak doesn't charge us after explanning to them. The location is near to metro station however the neiborhood doesn't look safe.
The breakfast was amazing, the staff helpful. The bedroom for a family of 4 very good with 2 separate rooms and bunk beds, inc bathroom/shower rooms. Clean, and quiet. Walking distance to buses and metro, quick to get to city centre. We got lucky to get a reduced and fair priced when booked and paid in full few month before our trip. Excellent choice
Our relative were travelling with us, they had water leaks in the ceiling of their bathroom, a bit scary with the ceiling lights. They didnt get a new room! shame when u have to stay for 5 days. Also their key card to swap in the door was working half of the time and they had to go back to the office each time from the third floor to reset it; anoying for 75 yrs old holding a disablitlity card. So We dindnt like the fact that they dont seem to care much about giving a good service. Also it is a shame to see every day rubish bins full even around it, who never get emptied during for 5 days, It is absolutly disgusting, only touristic area are looked after, I would be a shamed to be living in Roma, So wake up Italia. I would still recomend this hotel.
good location close to a metro station, nice staff and comfortable room
Good value hotel. Not very close to the centre but good metro-connections (red line). Very helpful staff.
Nothing to complain on.
The location of the hotel was good for someone that needs easy parking and wants leaving a little bit outside the centre. The metro station is just 5 minutes walking. The rooms have nice and modern decoration.
nice hotel, quiet rooms and friendly staff :-)
close to metro. good room size. clean and fresh rooms
Perfect hotel located only 5 minutes walking from Cornelia metro stop which is on the red line going directly to the center. Hotel perfectly clean, room very nice with very comfortable bed.Very good breakfast choice. Gentle and helpful staff. Highly recommended. For sure will chose it for our next stay in Rome.
They have a buffet for breakfast really good. The hotel is in the mountain of Aurelia so if you are coming from the airport it is accessible through metro which is a 5min walk from the hotel. It's really worth it because it's in a nice and peaceful location but it's like 45min metro ride to the center where the colossium.
The staff were lovely - not only extremely charming and polite, but also very helpful. The hotel had a very high standard of cleanliness and the beds were extremely comfortable.
Unfortunately, because the public transport system in Rome is not as good as in some other cities, it is quite a hike to get anywhere, and back again! Given the above, a cafe or restaurant in the hotel would be a good addition. The breakfast was extensive, but only average in quality.
It was a fair sized clean room for a good price compared to other Rome hotels.
The neighbourhood wasn't the best but the actual street the hotel is on wasn't bad.
