Club Hotel  

Good location for exploring both Milan and surrounding area, easy access from all airports. 5 minutes walk from Milan Centrale, 2 minutes from Sondrio Metro. Hotel staff pleasant & efficient. Rooms have double glazing & shutters, some with small balconies. My single room very clean, warm & comfortable enough. Water hot and shower powerful. Free wifi in rooms & internet in reception. Good breakfast: croissants, rolls, meats, preserves, eggs etc. Guests a mix of business and leisure visitors. Hotel area felt safe for solo female (carabinieri station on next corner), street not too noisy (for central Milan) and some local restaurants & bars nearby.

The price of the room was very reaconable for what we got. Very clean room, nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. The sheets and towels were changed everyday. The stuff helped us when we needed directions to go to lake Como and they even searched and printed for us the timetable of the trains. The Hotel is 5 minutes away from the Stazione Centrale and the Metro, which we used everyday. Breakfast was good. I would go again to this hotel!

Good design of the room, good organisation of the space in the room. Rather clean abd comfortable inside. Sprimuta for the brekfast, easiness to came and go away.

Staff can't or don't want to consult you about your staing in Milan. Useally (in other hotels) if I want to ask about different addresses or time of work the staff see the information in the computer and answer you.WiFi should be free in common area.

Location is good. Breakfast spread is generous. Value for money.

The room was updated and had a spacious and modern bath. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of options. The location is very convenient to the train and bus station and also the metro. The man that worked the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the lady that usually worked the evening shift was not.

There was no screen on the bathroom window, and mosquitos would come in during the night. There was no information about using the complicated tv and cable box with two remotes. There was no information about using the phone. The 5 euro charge to use the internet seemed excessive. Very few restaurant choices in the area.

The location was good, being so handy to central station. One reception staff member was very helpful. The price was good value for money.

One reception staff member was quite unhelpful and unfriendly. Our main problem was the treatment of our booking. We made our booking for 2 twin rooms nearly 5 months before we arrived. When we arrived we were given 2 double rooms - completely unsatisfactory - and were expected to put up with it. Fortunately the staff on reception changed shift, and the helpful person solved the problem by giving us 1 double room and 2 single rooms. What were these people thinking??

Wonderful breakfast, lots of choices and good food... And the price is reasonable with a big, clean room and good facility

The officer is the front is not that nice, I mean not as good as others, it seems that they don't like smile, hehe

The gentleman in the early morning shift on 10 Sept was polite.

We checked in at around 1300 on 9 Sept, the receptionist was rude. He asked us for our passports and went on to try to copy them. When I enquiried about why he had to make photocopy of our passport, he shouted at us that he needed to do the registration. I remarked whether it was necessary to do the photocopies as it was not right to copy our passports due to data protection act and privacy ordinance. He then told us he needed to take at least an hour to do the regisration if he didn't make the photocopy and we needed to wait an hour. It then took him about 10 minutes to write our details on his forms. Then he sort of threw the passport back to us. We booked for 2 double room and was given 1 double and two singles. The hotel is old and the facilities is not up to standard. I won't recommend to anyone.

The helpful and immediately responsive lovely lady at the front desk. She is such a positive ambassador for the Hotel and as are the other Hotel employees. I was very content with my stay at the Club Hotel. It was not my first visit, I have stayed quite a few times before. I saw changes, but for the most part they were all positive. I would definitely stay there whenever in Milano and recommend it to anyone looking for a good, convenient hotel in Milano. I think you will be very satisfied.

Close to the Centrale Stazione in Milan and proximity to the center, via metro (Sondrio or Central Stations). Price x comfort was very good.

The place of the hotel is very good. The breakfast is perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

There is wi-fi but if you pay it it isn't for 24 hours but just for the day of paying. I recomend to think to be free for the guests or when you pay it to be for 24 hours.
