Club Hotel  

The hotel has a great location - 2 minutes from the underground station (Sondrio) and just a 5 minute walk from Central Station. The room was small but comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The staff was not very nice... (Except for the night receptionist!!! - nice and helpful)

We really liked the hotels proximaty to the train station as we were coming to and leaving Milan via the train station. It was just a short 3 block walk to the hotel. The staff was great and spoke good English. The morning breakfast was also great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers.

I have nothing bad to say about the Club Hotel as it srved our needs very well.

The staff was the most unpleasant I ever met. When we ask something we always have the impression that we were bodering them. They were agressive and not helpful at all. This hotel would be perfect if they change the staff in the reception!

Roomsr very small for the family with kids, congested from all sides

Location was not bad, services were ok, breakfast good. Reception guy was very helpful with some our local problems.

Rooms ## 203, 303, 403 and others ending 3 are realy uncomfortable due to the noise from elevator - it looks the elevator is located inside the room!

Lo unico bueno que encontre del hotel es que esta situado cerca de la estacion del tren central.

Es un hotel viejo, en regulares condiciones. En mi habitacion ubicaron 4 camas donde solamente cabian 2. Las instalaciones estaban en mal estado (el armario se le caian las puertas cuando se abrian, el interruptor de la luz se caia cuando se usaba, etc). El internet era pagado aparte; pesima velocidad, la comunicacion se caia casi todo el tiempo. El personal del hotel poco amable, La señora de la cafeteria muy descortes, Se ponia de mal genio cuando desayunamos. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL

Friendly staff! Nice breakfast with a good selection of food and drinks! Nice clean room with plenty of space! Bathroom was spacious and the shower was beautifully hot!! Metro stops close by.

Not as close to the main terminal as outlined on their website! A bit tricky to locate!! Wifi charges!!

Perfect location, good quality of rooms and all conveniences.

No sound isolation, very noisy. The noise is coming through the door. One can easily hear neibours.

The location is convenient to transport as well as restaurant .

Though it's a 3stars hotel, the wifi is not free .The breakfast is also not fantastic.

The room was updated and had a spacious and modern bath. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of options. The location is very convenient to the train and bus station and also the metro. The man that worked the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the lady that usually worked the evening shift was not.

There was no screen on the bathroom window, and mosquitos would come in during the night. There was no information about using the complicated tv and cable box with two remotes. There was no information about using the phone. The 5 euro charge to use the internet seemed excessive. Very few restaurant choices in the area.

The place of the hotel is very good. The breakfast is perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

There is wi-fi but if you pay it it isn't for 24 hours but just for the day of paying. I recomend to think to be free for the guests or when you pay it to be for 24 hours.

It's very close to Milano Centrale.

Nothing to complain. However they started to use plastic cups in the room instead of glass.
