staff were polite and spoke good english rooms were clean and comfortable close to airport staying in rome city we just walked out of our hotel into a lot of attractions this hotel was only good for a rest and stopover |

Very good location to the airport. Five minute ride to the airport. The food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The heating/cooling controls in the rooms are very confusing to operate. Needed room service to explain the operation. |

Staff was helpful. Shuttle to airport reasonable and convenient. Hotel restaurant food very good and staff delightful. Would stay there again. |

Convenient to airport. Dirty shabby exterior, almost looked like it was abandoned. Run down neighborhood. Excessive charge for internet use. Argumentative front desk staff. |

close to airport and nice and quiet need to explain on their site more specifically about the shuttle service ie that it operates up until 10.30am and then not until 4pm.Found that bus service out there was very efficient though and the bus staff were very helpful |

Assolutamente nulla.Mi si è data una doppia con due letti aggiunti quando avevo prenotato una stanza grande (controllare prenotazione booking) con due letti matrimoniali.Alle mie proteste si è risposto prima che sono in corso lavori di ampliamento (!!!!!) poi che è booking.com ad avere presentato in modo sbagliato la stanza(!!!!!!!).Nell'ingresso un freddo da piena Siberia.Un ristorante sfornito di molto e dove non conoscono il significato di "paillard alla griglia":niente aria climatizzata in un caldo umido tipo Bombay.Prima colazione da dimenticare : un caffè indegno , cornetti di cartone e niente personale. L'unica cosa che è stata rispettata in pieno è stato il conto senza neanche 0,50 centesimi di sconto. |
